This is one of my favorite episodes. Bojack shows his growth and provides the nudge everyone needs for positive improvement. He asks for nothing in return, he might not even realize what he did.

Pre-AA BoJack would never have agreed to do the "crossover episode" with Mr. Peanutbutter, like you said there are lots of little moments in this episode where he makes things better for the people in his life in ways he probably wouldn't have before but that is the most clear-cut example IMO. I can relate to as a manager (or technical lead in my case) having an instinct to just do things myself rather than rely on the people under me to do it, delegation was a skill I had built up over the past 12 years or so of my software engineering career along with learning how to teach so that I could trust people with the things I delegated, but AI has kind of ruined that in the last couple years because I could trust someone I had mentored over years to become a good engineer but I can't trust the AI output the same way. And yes, the re-enactor playing the horse pastor at the end was JK Simmons. He has a number of bit roles in the show besides Turtletaub.

One more episode/30 minutes until the mid season break and everything starts over and begins to fall apart. I love how self reflective and meta this show is.
