So this episode, Boba Fett finally starts to defend his position, snorts a Lizard and dances around a fire with Tusken 😂 This definitely wasn't the direction I thought this show was going to go!

That’s been one of the main criticisms with the show, that this Boba was nothing like the Empire Strikes Back Boba or RotJ Boba, but when he got his armor back, he started acting like his old self (and he did still have his stick in “The Tragedy”) Btw that is called a Gaffi stick, or Gaderffii. They used them primarily as a cudgel but they were also sometimes used to brush their Bantha’s teeth 😊

Thinking about it more it’s probably intentional that he’s so different without the Armour and when he gets it back he goes back to his old self, but when you make a show for him you’d expect him to be himself for the majority of it so having so much time spent on Boba just not being Boba feels quite disappointing. Though I do love what they’re doing with the Tuskens and how personal the Gaffi stick becomes to Boba, love that it’s both a weapon and a toothbrush 🤣 🤣
