I think this was a better balance between Boba and Mando stuff but he still didn't feel like the focus in this episode 😂 So much happened and I'm still trying to process everything but they really included the perfect Villain for Boba to go up against!!

i think you are asking A LOT from Ahsoka in terms of attachments. this is still the same person that denied training him because of attachments. this is the same character that last the time we saw her (pre mando) had just found out that her master whom she loved turned into darth vader and nearly killed her. she's really concerned about attachment despite the fact that she's out there hanging out with her master's son. now if mando had talked to Luke i think you might have gotten your wish. Luke is the guy that left his jedi training for his friends and who turned darth vader back into anakin. I certainly dont think he would prevent a father from seeing his son. but Ahsoka? she seems to be scared of attachments and yet still seeking it out.

Yeah I think I’m just viewing it as a shame, she was one of the Jedi that could’ve really embraced a new understanding of attachment so seeing her like this is sad, but it does make sense. Luke definitely feels far more open to it and I hope we see more of this, I’d love for whenever he shows up next for it to be him trying to figure out his stance on attachment and this could have only been the first instance he had to consider it for a student.

the funny thing is that the best chance of having another mandalorian jedi would have been under Satine's "New Mandalorian" regime. Not only was mandalorian culture predominantly pacifistic, but they also had the best relationship they likely have ever had with the jedi themselves going all the way to the top with Satine's own close ties to the jedi. sadly that means that even if any had been recruited they most likely would have been young and got caught up during order 66.

This is so true, really feels like a new Mandalorian Jedi is just cursed, the time where they could of worked would have got them killed, and now both Mandalorians and Jedi have reverted a bit back into their old ways to the point where they’re the complete opposites to each other. Kind of glad one didn’t show up during Satine’s rule with how it would have ended with Order 66 but I still hope there is some way one can show up eventually as it would be the perfect way to progress both cultures where the Jedi can learn healthy attachments while Mandalorians can learn more peacefully ways.
