April 2021 Report (Patreon)

Hey yo! Been a while. Well, it's still only been a month since the last report, but uh...

This report is coming in slightly later than usual, but that's because the first few days of May were a wild grind to finish one major assignment for me! As of writing this, I only have basically one more week to go before I can finally take a breather from things (and hopefully pass my courses!)

So while there's no looking back on released content in this report, I will be giving you guys another rundown on the stuff I'll be working on once I finally resume work this month.

HyperFlash 32 | Things of Interest

First off the table is the Things of Interest episode on the HyperFlash 32 Virtual Boy flashcart which I've mentioned in a previous report or two! I don't want to jump right into continuing a core video project since you guys have probably waited long enough, plus this is something I still have a lot of motivation to get a video out for because it frankly deserves it!

Famicom Keyboard + SNES Mouse?

Recently I bought a Famicom expansion port to USB connector online, which claims to support the use of the Famicom Keyboard on computers! Considering I already have a Retrode which allows me to use a SNES Mouse on my computer, this combination of the two would make for a interesting and dumb little video, (assuming the former works!) So look forward to that whenever it gets shipped!

Core videos!

And finally I will be resuming work on the two core videos in progress, the sequel to my Virtual Boy core video and the still-untitled Tetris video! I will be additionally working with someone else to create the latter video, so the Virtual Boy one might come first, but that's just my guess. I'll simply be working on whichever video I can at the moment once the above two videos are complete! After that it's time to start clearing out my backlog of video ideas while also figuring out a job on my personal life side s̶i̶n̶c̶e̶ ̶Y̶o̶u̶T̶u̶b̶e̶ ̶d̶e̶f̶i̶n̶i̶t̶e̶l̶y̶ ̶i̶s̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶s̶u̶s̶t̶a̶i̶n̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶m̶o̶m̶e̶n̶t̶ ̶h̶a̶h̶a̶

It's been a weird three months on my end, but once again I appreciate your patience as I finally get the last of university finished. Even so, with my hiatus on video-making, I'll definitely try to put as much care and effort possible into whatever project I return with next so that it's hopefully worth the wait. I still have a few loose ends to take care of as of writing this post, so I'm gonna be heading off now. Thank you all once again! :)
