Magellan and mr 3 aren't actually logias the anime does a bad job of showing it compared to the manga, they can only create and control wax and poison but not turn into it, thats why luffy could punch them both.

It's so heartbreaking how Luffy seems to always slam his head against something whenever he feels helpless and desperate. He did it right before being sent away by Kuma and now here when fighting against Magellan. Btw Magellan's power isn't a logia even though it may seem that way. It's actually a paramecia type, his body can produce and utilize various kinds of poison but he can't transform into poison himself. It's pretty much the same as Mr. 3, he can make a bunch of wax but his body is still just normal.

Right-Hand Man

This is becoming more and more stressful as we keep trying to get to Ace in time and it's not looking good for us. Many obstacles in the way and it's just not getting easier. We need some wins here and we've needed them for a long time now, but we got this. We have to stay positive and fight through these hardships :)

I feel bad for you that Bon Clay's switching of sides was sorta ruined by thoughtless commenters. People really can't let others enjoy things at their own pace. Also a note on the whole logia thing, I know someone mentioned it already but Magellan is a Paramecia type devil fruit. It's really confusing! I don't know for certainty, but I believe all Logia's are Elemental powers. Light, Dark, Fire, Thunder etc.
