Not a spoiler to say, but yes, that conquerors haki was Ace.

Dragon coming in as he did with the storm reminds me of Loguetown and how he came in with a storm as well… 🤔 DF??? There was a gust of wind that helped make a path for the people of Gray Terminal but that could’ve been Ivankov using Death Wink or Kuma using his DF 🤷‍♂️. A theory to keep in mind 😁

Hi Katy, it was Ace that awakened his conquerers Haki to save Luffy from being stabbed by the sword. (Ace didnt know what happened, but he did it without knowing). This is similar to when Luffy unknowingly activated his own conquerors haki Amazon Lily to save Margrette and in marine ford when he used it unknowingly to stop Ace's execution attempt.

I believe that Oda portays the ugliness of the nobles to be more visual on the outside to reflect how they think and act on the inside. There is a perfect example of this that you will see in a future arc

Not a spoiler, but i think the whole Dragon leaving Luffy has to do with him being the most wanted man, maybe he stays away to not get more unwanted attention to Luffy since he’s a pirate.
