Hey all! Since the last 2 weeks haven't had any Wednesday postings I am catching us up to date today by posting the 2 missing posts (a WIP Wednesday and a One-Shot Wednesday) and the scheduled WIP Wednesday post for today :)Hope you enjoy!

It was funny, Eddie thought to himself, how little pain it was to be actually dying. His entire life his mother had fed him fear of injury, of illness, of death. He’d become a hypochondriac, not dropping it even after he’d found out about his ‘gazebos’ –placebos. Rather, he’d just become hyper aware of statistics of falling under harm and as a result he was always fearful he was coming down with something or was about to catch some new virus or germ if he wasn’t careful. When he’d met back up with ‘The Losers Club’ he hadn’t even wasted a second before going up to the waitress of the restaurant to explain his potential allergies and food intolerances. All that care and attention into trying not to die and now that he was actually dying he couldn’t believe how calm he felt.It had stabbed him from behind clean through and he was bleeding out from the mighty injury. Richie, oh bless poor Richie, had put his shirt over the wound hoping to help stop the bleeding. Eddie hadn’t even opened his mouth to tell his friend he’d only given him maybe another minute or two at most.Instead he did what felt more natural and that was to joke around with Richie, “I need to tell you something: I slept with your Mom—”While their friends went and fought It, Richie stayed behind with him for a few moments. Eddie wasn't sure how to handle the fact that Richie was speechless as he pressed his shirt to the wound willing Eddie to live; to hold on until they could grab help. So Eddie was quiet too holding back so many unsaid things. He didn't have the heart to be so serious and heartfelt with "Trashmouth" for the first and inevitably final time. Especially not when it would be the last thing between them.Eddie shifted his gaze to their friends cornering It and bringing It down to size. When he met Richie's eyes again the man above him seemed to know that Eddie was willing Richie to help. Seemed to know that Eddie needed Richie to be the voice for both of them right now. So Richie got up and for once used his trash-talk for something and perhaps the only thing worthwhile and good that it could do.No, even that was a lie. Richie's trash talk had kept he and Eddie close in this perpetual back and forth over these many years even when they hadn't been talking after leaving Derry. Even though they'd forgotten everything about that town and in that town somehow that bond hadn't left or frayed. It had just waited to pick up where it left off.Eddie tried to add his own voice to the mix of The Losers Gang spitting out insults at It but he couldn't last long; Death was already making Eddie short of breath."I'm sorry, Richie," he whispered, tasting again the blood in his mouth. Funny enough it tasted worse than anything The Leper or any of Pennywise's many forms had spat upon him or any of the greywater of the sewers down here. Ironic. He watched his friend's back as he heard Richie loudly berating the creature that had caused them all so much harm and pain. "I love you guys. I'll say hi to Stan-the-Man-" Eddie couldn't tell if he'd even managed to speak his thoughts -not that anyone would have heard them anyway. They were too busy yelling at that mutherfucking clown and destroying It.But Eddie did manage one last thing out loud. He felt it was important to him to say it out loud whether for his own sake or Richie's or perhaps even all of The Losers to put out a bit of love against this darkness. "Love you Rich, you fucking asshole. Beep beep."
