Lol everyone loves the comic relief characters. If you really wanna add some pervy comic relief, might I suggest the friend group from High School DxD? Or Mineta from MHA? A pervy old man like Master Roshi from the Dragonball series, or Jiraiya from Naruto are good ideas, too. (Just now realizing that anime and Manga is full of perverts lol.)
