I plan on making an exclusive side-story where the girls start growing bigger! There'll be more giant-sized girls coming!

That new size seams to be giving her a confidence boost. If I had to guess she probably feels like that because at 20 meters tallit be hard for any one to stop her from doing what she’s wants at least with out the risk of mass damage and destruction that could ensue from the fight trying to stop her.

The bigger she gets, the harder it will be for anyone to stop her! She can do whatever she wants with Jun! Luckily, she's still the sweet, caring Azami that would never hurt him!

Question is it possible that what ever caused them to grow in the first place could have also caused any mental changes that could change them mentally or even personality wise?

Their change in size has definitely had a change in their personality! We saw how Haya was acting on the beach. Haya wouldn't normally do things like that, so their size change is causing them to behave differently. Maybe we'll see Azami affected by this, too!
