What I love about this show is that the further we go the more we realise that chuck was right about jimmy all along and the interactions with Howard especially make it all the more obvious

Bail money is basically collateral to make sure the defendant shows up at court for trial and is usually refunded if they meet all the requirements set by the judge. If they 'jump bail' and run away, or defy the judge's orders, the court keeps the money as a penalty. It's got nothing to do with whether someone is innocent or guilty.

I think Kim and Jimmy are very much in love but they're both so afraid to be vulnerable and show their feelings that sometimes they both act like they don't care and make jokes as a self-defense mechanism. They're pretending their marriage is just a smart legal move but it's not only that. These two weirdos were made for each other!

As for the whole Gus/Lalo incarceration/releas stuff, the next three episodes answer a lot of questions on that (most of which you guys obviously already saw already). What I will say is that Pudgey is more right than Spartan here lol
