38:30 I found this interaction with Rick and her to be the most confusing of all time, sort of like a wasted scene imo. Could a walker really die off completely without having a "live" source of food for so long? Thought they just reanimate regardless 🤔 I don't know. Post discussion- reckon the bleeding wouldve been internal like how the description of Ebola was where you just bleed from the face and everywhere. Thanks for the reaction, good to have you back! 🫡

Might be more than that, since the eyes that the kid had at the end were the same eyes that walker Rick kept looking at had. And I don't think that walker had contact with the pig.

But in respect of your thoughts on it, I still think overall it's some type of illness that makes your internal organs rupture to look like that.

As to the other thing about walkers dying off, we have seen desiccated corpses in cars with no apparent head wounds, as well as corpses not doing anything until they "come alive" when physically disturbed.

Ok, makes a little more sense now but still I found that entire scene pointless. Rick would have ran into so many others on the road in the same situation she had, "baiting" him and whatnot. Why show us that particular one? whats the underlying meaning of it all, thats what I think anyway.

To me the underlying meaning of the scene is to show where Rick's headspace is currently in terms of having hope in peoples humanity and automatically doing the right thing being an example by his actions 100% especially for Carl which is a pivot from where he was last season and seeing how that impacted Carl, which is why he was so sad/crying when it turned out the way it did
