I believed Bob knew the Terminus people the way the guy was talking to him. I hope we don't have to see any more cannibalism. I knew the Priest knew the female walker with glasses. When he saw her he immediately freaked out like it just hit him that some of the walkers were once people he knew. The first half of the show I kept yelling where is Beth? Then started feeling sick from the time the Priest got sick until the end of the episode. I kept yelling grab some clean clothes from those racks after they were down in the sewer water. So there are a lot ot secrets that we don't know about fully.

I LOVE THE NEXT EPISODE! Definitely in the top ten episodes of the entire series (just my opinion) . But pretty much Garreth technically does know Bob. Bob was the one who kept trying to talk him out of killing them. Right before he put a knife before his eye, he threatened to kill Bob if Rick didn’t give up what was in the bag that he buried. So that’s why he was talking to Bob that way. So yes, like you said at the end; Bob has always been optimistic! (Poor Bob) 😩😩😩

Yes this is true. They kinda did Beth dirty as far as pushing her to the side. So in that sense, they did Maggie and Daryl dirty too by not adding enough dialogue in their conversations about looking for her.

Remember when the Terminus people were in the process of draining and killing Rick and company in the previous episode, Bob tried to talk Gareth out of it. That's where the familiarity is coming from. As for Beth, Daryl and Maggie reunited in the car. And they were in there for at least a day I believe? Other than she was taken by a car with a cross, they really have nothing else to go off of. What else are they supposed to do?

I think we just have to assume that other than when they did the little “status check” in the train car, other conversations happened offscreen. The first part of the episode was a bit of a montage that looked like it covered a couple of days traveling around looking for food. But I am glad Daryl and Carol spotted the car with the cross, otherwise, yes, it would be like they totally forgot Beth existed!

I think he’s scared to admit he can’t kill anyone. The experience with Lizzie and Mica really did a number on both his and Carol’s state of mind. Carol is has managed to be less talkative than Daryl, and Tyrese just wants to hold Judith.

"Survival mode" literally means disregarding the future psychologically and physically! Even biologically when our body is in flight or flight mode the digestive and reproductive systems shut down. "I get what you were trying to say" was pure gaslighting.

I think the difference is that for Glenn, Maggie had a trail to follow. At first the bus, and later on the assumption that Glenn would check out Terminus. But in the case of Beth, all they have is that she was taken by a car and that Daryl the Tracker lost the trail.

Yeah that’s true but it still leaves room for people to get away with stuff. He literally tried to end Judith. The least he could’ve done was admit “I beat him and he ran away.” Or something! Because now he looks like a liar who put the group at risk.

Bob got Gareth's attention at Terminus when they had them all tied up to bleed out one by one. He called him over to tell him they had guy who could end all this and they don't have to do this because things can go back to how they were. That's the first time Gareth said "can't go back, Bob". He remembers him most because he spoke to him directly.

I mean Sophia's disappearance differs so much from Beth's. Sophia was a small child on foot with her last whereabouts well known. Beth was taken in a speeding car in the night and Daryl ran after it well into the morning light trying to track down the car until he reached a point with no tracks to follow. If the tracker who saw her get taken can't track her... no one else in the group can.

Beth was taken in a car, she could be half way across the country... there is no trail. He continued to look for Sophia because they had an idea where she was, she was on foot and had to be close by. He didn't continue to look for Merle when there was no idea where he was.
