Just on Maggie not mentioning Beth, while it is a bit of an oversight on the writers point off view, I think we as an audience also have to read between the lines a bit. When the Prison got raided, Maggie thought Glenn was on the bus - when they get separated she has a starting point to look for someone. Beth (and everyone else, she had no clue). Upon finding Glenn, the gang pretty much immediately went through Terminus and had to deal with all that a survival. While Daryl mentioned Beth had gone and he tried to find her, Daryl not being successful in that area probably speaks volumes - if Daryl can’t even track her down what luck will Maggie have? Currently in the story as well, Maggie has no idea that Daryl and Carol went missing cause they saw a car that took Beth - she has no clue about that situation just yet. Finding a missing person in 2026 is hard enough with technology - finding someone in an apocalypse with the amount of ground to follow and on foot is near impossible In the short time we’ve known Maggie, she’s lost her mum, her house, her dad, tried to keep Glenn alive during sickness, the prison getting raided and then her sister going missing - I’ve always seen this as Maggie’s way of coping - she almost shuts that side of her down and focuses on the next thing.

I mean she’s been in 55 episodes out of 61 at this point. Maybe minus a few for the smaller episodes like clear.
