I get it but i think you might be reading into the A stamp too much.. the W may be something to ponder about as its been tattoed on. My opinion is the stamp simply is an abbreviation for "Alexandria" and the boy saying "youre one of us now" confirms that.

The dialogue with Carol "playing the part" makes me laugh in this episode. " Shes no expert" knowing full well she launched a damn near bazooka at a prison gets me 😂 And then as unsettling as it is, scaring that boy not to say a thing with story telling of what his demise will look like. Smh , such a carol thing to do 😂 - when she switches up, she really does. Rick - As you said, paralleling Shane a bit here, got a twinkle in his eye for married women 😂 Good reaction 👍

The husband is possessive and has a problem with alcohol. He was cold to Rick on the porch because he knew that his wife gave Rick a hair cut, and he was sending out "don't fuck with my family" signals (also, he had been drinking and clearly he's an angry drunk.)

It surprises me how many reactors read so into it when it’s so obvious it’s for Alexandria, the kid even confirms it right away 😂 at most all it does is remind Rick of the A on the traincart at terminus

you're gonna realize how not believable it is for rotting walkers who are weak and have no balance can bring down certain animals. A horse could simply run through them. they're huge.

The “A” is for Alexandria , it’s not that deep . Alexandria is clearly not a bad place , especially after this episode showed that , I think you guys read too much into stuff sometimes . Rick kissing Jessie on the cheek was flirting, Pudgey is right, Rick holding his gun at the end was some Jealousy bc he seems to like her clearly , that was Pete’s voice at the end of the last episode. Carol scaring that kid was pretty messed up lol but pretty funny can’t lie. I get Spartan’s point at the end , it looks like s1 Rick but with the s5 mentality, it’s kinda jarring.

I was just as paranoid as you guys first watch, show does a good job at showing you things through the perspective of rick and everything he's trying to protect so I don't blame you guys for being very cautious lol

Spartan & Pudgey. Your boy Shane would be proud of Rick. I mean , looking to steal another man's wife. Come on, Shane is smiling in the afterlife. 😆 On a more serious note, you guys didn't mention Sasha. There's something strange about her behavior. But you guys didn't dive deeper into it. Just an observation. Could be nothing or it could be something. I guess we'll find out.

In American culture I would argue that it's pretty damn inappropriate to kiss a married woman on the cheek out of nowhere.. I never said she's his property? She already has a man, and what Rick did was clearly an "I'm into you" kiss and not a friendly gesture..

Great reaction. Not sure about Rick kissing the married woman. I know in some countries people kiss each other on the cheeks as a greeting, but the US isn't one of those except for amongst good friends. I am concerned about Sasha. Carol went next level with that kid. I would be having nightmares.

dying means weakness....they are actively rotting with time. A living man would have trouble holding on to any horse that wouldn't want to be held. A walker that is rotting with little balance or agility has no chance...certainly not later on with the other animal we all know what I'm talking about. Rotting teeth....there's no strength there. If tyreese and rick can somehow force their way out of a horde of them...any large powerful animal would have no issues.

rick really likes her. Its pretty obvious... while she was talking at the party Rick was just looking at her. And i think she likes him too. Cant wait for the finale 👍🏻 always great.

That last shot of rick standing by the wall I took to mean simply that for the first time in a long time the sound and proximity of a walker didn't mean a fight or blood or the need to run. Rick could stand there safely within arms reach and just listen without fear, which I think is what that overhead shot was meant to show

Fun facts; Crew Members in the Target Range: The photos of people that Sasha uses for target practice in Rick's house are actually pictures of crew members who work on the show. The Horse Trainer Acted: One of the walkers that attacks and kills the horse, Buttons, was actually portrayed by the horse's real-life trainer. Flashback Credits: Emily Kinney (Beth) and Chad Coleman (Tyreese) were re-added to the opening credits in this episode, but only because they appeared in flashbacks. Note: The episode title "Forget" refers to the group struggling to let go of their survival instincts and "forget" the harshness of the road while trying to adjust to life in Alexandria

literally the intro. The Walking Dead title started pure white and its slowly getting dirtier and deteriorating just like the walkers

This Alexandria Arc is my favourite of the entire series because it really changes the status quo of the show and contrasts our survivors with normal people to show what they have become for good and for bad Unlike their other interactions with communities previously, they are in the wrong here in a lot of ways. What they do with the armory, the way Sasha reacts, what Carol does to Sam and so on. They are acting so much of fear which is what Aaron said. Fear makes you stupid. It is also very deliberate that they have both Michonne and Daryl trust Alexandria first because they have the best sense of who is actually good and bad.

Yeah, symbolically though, it is a callback to the train car they were kept in at Terminus. It is suppose to allude to the idea that this could be another terminus situation

To be fair, it is what the showrunners and writers wanted the audience to feel. This arc does such a great job of using the shows previous history to put the characters and the audience in an uneasy position
