Yea I really truly despise this part of Carol's story. She is one of my top characters and it's just so jarring what the showrunners did to her this second half of S6. Because it's truly outta nowhere, Morgan says a couple times to her that she don't like killing, and that's it? You're telling me the Carol who bombed Terminus to save the people she cares about, and took out every Wolf essentially by herself to save her entire community, would rather up and leave and just let them die instead? It's so absurd, and really annoying because at this point in the apocalypse those kinds of stories just feel old to me, as you guys said, enough people have gone through it already. You can only rehash the pacifism trope so many times. This should have happened 2 seasons ago when she burned Karen and David, people part of her own community, when she was exiled and had all the time in the world to ponder on the lives shes ended. Not now, when she's killed monsters looking to end Alexandria as a community.

Agree. And it always bothered me that she did not say goodbye to Daryl. I guess she thought if she saw him, she would change her mind.

I think you have to keep in mind that the producers are following the comics but they have to switch things up sometimes because some characters who are still alive in the show are dead in the comics and vice versa. This Carol storyline might seem annoying but it’ll all make sense in time.

yeah im on board this this, thats how i felt - Spartan. Pudgey is more into Carols storey but feels kind of odd and misplaced/too late in the journey for me tbh

The issue i had with the whole Carol situation is we've seen it. Tyrese, Rick, Morgan. Its a rinse and repeat plot and we didnt need it AGAIN.

Eugene has "changed" and started to act more like Abraham because he thinks that way he'll finaly have a shot with Rosita now that she's no longer with Abraham. I mean it's quite obvious he's been in love with Rosita since we met them.
