Kairos

Hi Spartan it is Pudgey ( just on my alt account ) you forgot to post ep 3

Cojuancidence

perhaps your watching clone wars movie n show?:D

Christopher

Hi Pudgey it is Spartan (on my alt account as well). You’re right I forgot to upload episode 3, give it a couple minutes and it should be up. Well spotted Pudgey.

Justin Stewart

That might be almost a little tooo crazy lol, it would take them 6+ months to get through. A lot of content, but idk 🤷🏻

Pinoto

I NEED episode 3. Please please. You two have the best Star Wars reactions!!

Richard Ramirez

Is this real or just a joke?😀🤣 I cant tell.. I wish it was true I need episode 3 right now!

Dirk Diggler

I thought this was it at first. got excited. freaking two week wait! im sorry... freaking FORTNIGHT wait!

Dirk Diggler

I am quite confident it is a joke

Ismail Chettfour

In episode one, Anakin is 9 and Padme is only 14, so the age difference isn’t actually that much.

Artanis

Most channels don't watch every episode like that. Most channels either follow a list of just the important big event and lore episodes or they do half seasons or whole seasons in one long video like SortaStupid channel does. There are ways. My concern is they are going to be very confused about some very major things if they watch content after the movies. It's not like some of these other Star Wars shows where skipping them doesn't really have much of an impact on your experience. Some of the biggest events, characters, character introductions, and lore IN Star Wars, yes including the movies, is in the Clone Wars show. I guess they will tackle that when they get to it.

Jonathanese

In the first movie, Anakin and Padme were 9 and 14. I forget how old they are here, but if they were 20 and 25, that's not that big of a difference. For Yoda, he actually is pretty limited in motion, but he has a fighting style where he uses the force to manipulate his own body, giving him crazy acrobatics. But it's not something he can just do day-to-day. The saber colors were originally chosen for film purposes. Blue was the OG, green needed to stand out against a blue sky, and red showed the bad guys. But they originally gave them a lot of lore. Some hated it. I personally loved it. But then they retconned it out regardless. Here's basically how it went: Blue: Fighting is usually their strongest trait. A lot of the most skilled fighters have blue, like Anakin and Obi-Wan. Green: Strongest trait is knowledge of the force. Think Yoda and Qui-Gon. People who emphasize knowledge of the force over fighting ability. Yellow: Sentinels of the Jedi temples. I'd imagine they are more monk-like, with green situated between blue and yellow. But IIRC these didn't have a special "connection". Red: The crystals normally match well with a certain type of person. On the dark side, you learn to force your will over that of the crystal. This cracks the crystal and makes it "bleed", and it turns red. Purple: Pretty much just Mace Windu. In lore, he wields a blue light saber, but he had studied the dark side, including overpowering crystals, and partially overpowered his own, turning it purple. (In reality, Sam Jackson was like "I'll take the part only if I get a purple light saber") White: If someone on the light side acquires a red light saber, they can "heal" the crystal, turning it light again. But it lost its original identity, turning it white. Apparently associated with "Grey Jedi". It's argued that Qui-Gon was, himself, a Grey Jedi.

Dirk Diggler

one correction: Samuel Jackson did not say he would take part only if he got a purple lightsaber. He had been literally publicly BEGGING Lucas to be in the prequels since the mid80s. He said "I'll be Lando's grandpa" or something along those lines. He did indeed ask for a purple lightsaber, but he would have gladly taken whatever color they gave him!

Ludus Aurea

Theyre only 4 - 5 years apart as others have said. I've never watched this on prime but the color seems very weird. It may also be this new laptop idk. I just picked up the prequels on 4k and I may veg out and watch them on my new TV to see what the colors look like.

James Waters

I think it was also because he wanted to be able to spot himself in the battle scenes on Geonosis

Isaiah

I find it so funny how these two love Jar Jar Binks. I don't hate or love the guy, but it's such a refreshing view through them considering so many people HATED Jar Jar when I was growing up.

Estevan Rivera

The Source is strong with these two!

Simon

Come on, give us episode III 😍, 2 weeks feels like forever 🥺

J

The sith are dark jedi who've turned to the dark side, the rule of two is something in lore that there used to be heaps of sith but they would always turn on eachother so to avoid that and to keep themselves hidden from the jedi (when the jedi were so much more in numbers) they at some point made the rule of 2. I don't think this is spoiler, just context

Branc69

Imagine they just dropped Revenge Of The Sith today 😁

Kayleb Patel

I wish, but they dont usually drop uncut reactions today

Kayleb Patel

Uncut comes out next week, time to upgrade your membership lol

Simon

I'm already Demi God. Read my initial comment again.

Jamie Neill

Did you guys recognise Qui-Gon shouting ‘Anakin’ when he was destroying the Tusken Raiders. A big disturbance in the force!

David Seaman

Count Dooku does have a sith title. It’s Darth Tyranus. Jango mentions the name briefly but leaves out the Darth part.

Richard Ramirez

man episode 3 taking too long.. this every two weeks thing is really not good.. :D :D

Chase

Just for context, in the first movie Padme was supposed to be 14 or 15 I think and Anakin was 10. So yeah there’s little age gap. Padme lowkey cradle robbing

mircea tim

should 4,5,6 nor be before 3? Just asking.

mircea tim

and exist there black? I see you guys know stuff, never heard it. Pink, yellow, any other combinations? Dark red maybe?

spartanandpudgey

we are watching in chronological order. that would be release order. many different ways people watch star wars these days and weve chosen this way 🤘🏼

Wesker

Owen (Anakin’s stepbrother) was only Cliegg’s biological son (Anakin’s stepdad) so Owen and Anakin aren’t biological siblings which explains why Owen is older than him.

Mitchel

Alright you started with the prequels. Not the ideal way to watch these, but we can work with it. You gotta do one thing though, before watching episode 3. You gotta watch the Clone Wars movie/series and stop watching after season 6. Ideally in Chronological order, not release order. I can provide a link if needed. Its the only way. Trust me, Ive been watching star wars since I was 5 and I was born in the 1900s. Im joking ofc, unless you want the best star wars experience you can get now, then im dead serious.

Mitchel

Its your watch through but youre going to regret watching it in release order.

Mitchel

The age gap isnt that big, its only 5 years apart. Hes 19 shes 24. Lol, step brothers/sisters are siblings through marriage.

Mitchel

5 years isn't anything.

Mitchel

The sith are not dark jedi. The Sith are their own ideology and religion. Dark Jedi are just Jedi who use the dark side of the force.

Mitchel

Alright since she asked. What determines a jedi's saber color is the kyber crystal's attunement to the force user. The crystal is a stone that is basically a center piece to the light saber. and reflects the force user's alignment, spirit and connection to the force. Blue - Jedi Guardians. They specialize in combat becoming protectors Green - Jedi Consulars. focusing on wisdom and deepening their connection to the force Red - Is when the force uses the dark side to force their will upon the crystal to make it "bleed" White - Is when the user purifies or "heals" a red crystal Purple - Indicates a rare balance between light and dark side of the force techniques Yellow - Often used by Jedi Temple guards but also the rare jedi sentinels who are like jedi detectives. A bit of this is the "unofficial" official canon. meaning Disney hasn't gotten around to canonizing all of this but are slowly adapting the Legends/Extended universe into canon bit by bit.

Mitchel

Dooku has the title Count cause i believe hes like a high status noble on his homeworld or something. His sith name is Darth Tyranus, the most badass darth name imo... next to Darth Revan, but that's a story for another time.

Stripping Poets

Oh man, Im gonna say it again. You guys seriously have to watch Clone Wars. You like the mystery already. Clone wars tops it off so beautifully

Chase

Yeah not when you’re older but like 18 and 13? Yeah. And Natalie Portman was like 18 when the first movie was filmed so it makes the optics worse too

spartanandpudgey

haha appreciate the enthusiasm but watching 6 seasons of a show between movies is not really gonna work for us and will take waaay too long which will distrupt peoples journey along with us.

Demented Avenger

there is an episode guide list of Clone Wars out there that give you the most pertinent episodes to watch before 3. Not 6 seasons of show-if you're interested.

Light Movies

The place of Naboo where Padme and Anakin get married is "Villa del Balbianello" on Lake Como, Italy, one of the most known places in nothern Italy because some Hollywood stars bought villas there, like George Clooney. I live one hour from there and went there lots of times. The Villa's gardens are free to visit, and a lot of visitors take Star Wars pictures there, even in cosplay. It was a set for many movies, like 007 Casino Royal. After Episode III, and before Rogue One, I would suggest the series "Kenobi", since it's a miniseries of 6 episodes. It feels the gap between the two and the original actors re-take their roles.

Juussi

Its not that big of age gab Anakin was 9 in the first movie and she was 14 so its only 5 years

Juussi

bro stupidest idea ever, ain't nobody watching a whole series before the movie

Kotlan

You guys should react to clone wars at some point. It’s a big commitment but it’s the most beloved Star Wars show

Seb Tam

Since you asked why doesn't every Jedi use two lightsabers at once, the answer is not in the movies, so is not a spoiler but is useful: There are seven forms of combat with a lightsaber, usually the Jedis and the Siths master just one of them, so most of the jedi are more skilled with just one lightsaber than two. For example, Obi-Wan uses a form of combat that is very defensive, while Anakin's very offensive. Dooku's form is more useful in duels with lightsaber, while there are other forms that are more useful against blasters. Yoda's form of combat is very acrobatic. You'll eventually see one character that masters the two-lightsabers form, in Clone Wars.

Evan Keal

Darth Serious 😂 1:08:50, you guys are too funny

Collin

After the movies you guys should definitely watch clonewars/rebels

Ian

In reality, Padme was Queen at the age of fourteen in the last movie, and Anakin was nine. It’s not that big of an age gap.

00110000

To answer the question of why Yoda uses a walking stick, he uses the force to aid his movements in combat, im assuming that even at his power level he wouldn't be able to constantly call upon the force to aid him 24/7, also I think he's like 800 plus years old or something. I think the title for Count Dooku comes from the fact that he comes from a powerful and wealthy family, that's his public name not his Sith name, idk if they say what his sith name is in the movie though. Loved the reaction, y'all are super entertaining to watch!

J Lawrence

Dooku is Tyrannus that the bounty hunter referred to. Sidious also calls him by his Darth title Tyrannus

Chuck Vincent

I don’t think you guys noticed that Count Dooku is played by the same actor as Saruman from Lord of the Rings.

Jacob Gregg

Padme was 14 and Anakin was 9

Dirk Diggler

remind me not to have you babysit any of my kids

lav es

in EP 2 anakin is 19 and padme is 24, find that wierd? two adults

Ian

If you look up the definition of girl boss in the dictionary, it actually says “Padme Amidala”. She was such a good queen that the people wanted to rewrite the Naboo Constitution to let her have more terms (queens are elected on Naboo), but Padme refused and stepped down so that whoever came after her wouldn’t have more power if they happened to be a bad ruler. Among other things in the lore. The most amazing thing about Star Wars is that the movies are just the tip of the iceberg. The shows add more depth and beauty to the universe, but even then, there is so much more to learn. It’s a super complex and detailed universe!!

BonesJones38

When padme met Anikin, she was 14 and Anikin was 9. So there is only a 5 years difference between them.

Travis Gray

When Anakin Skywalker kills the sand people n it flash's to Yoda n Windu U hear "Anakin, Anakin No" that was Qui Gon Jinn voice saying it through the force Spartan and Pudgey didn't notice it....

Travis Gray

There's a show called clone wars set between episodes 2 &3 it's the 3 years in between and U follow Anakin Skywalker should check it out it fills in so much of the prequel world hope U react to it....

Travis Gray

Count Dooku sith name is Darth Tyrannus

Travis Gray

It's crazy that Christopher Lee was in the two towers and attack of the clones both came out in 2002

Travis Gray

Count Dooku does have a Darth name it's Darth Tyrannus

Vigorous Strongs

Spartan and Pudgey, Count Dooku played by Christopher Lee is the Wizard Saruman the White, who told Wizard Gandalf the Gray to join him and Dark Lord Sauron from The Lord of the Rings trilogy. I was hoping you two would recognize him.
