HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)

Too many bottle episodes this season. Great speech from Rick about preparing for loss but I feel like this easily could've been merged with the previous episode. Also your hatred for the garbage people is not an uncommon opinion. I can't stand the way they talk either.

Not saying I can do better but the deer is famous as one of the worst cgi in a show or movie. And looking at it... I agree with he overall consensus.

It's my opinion and it's a common one. You don't have to agree with it. Why are you going around heckling anyone who has a criticism of the show?

Rosita definitely pissed me off this season too. Way too rash, and she doesn't seem to understand that other people get punished for your decisions, even though Eugene literally got taken and Olivia got shot in the face....

The issue is, Rosita knows that there will be continuous excuses why they can't fight. Not excuses from Rick directly, but excuses like the garbage people saying theres not enough guns. There's always going to more things stopping them. I agree a suicide mission is rogue and a bad idea, but her and Sasha are struggling to sit by and wait for Negan to rock up again and let god knows what to happen. They think they can take him out with the sniper and then deal with what comes after, even if it costs them their lives.

Spartan hit the nail on the head. Its for personal vengeance. Killing neegan wont do anything but get potentially the whole communities wiped out. They are all Neegan. Them going rogue is fucking stupid and selfish

This episode is definitely better than I remembered. Watching week to week, with commercials, just a different experience. I remember all the talk after this one was the CGI deer. 😂. But really Rick and Michonne’s relationship was the absolute highlight. I’d forgotten all about those moments!

True, I never really comprehended or cared or seen it back in the day but seeing that scene on the rewatch with Spartan and pudgey I was like ooof.. that looked rough. Still love the show but I see why people had problems with these seasons... But negan is so iconic that I don't care for bad cgi 😁

Its a bit of a tradition past S6 that there is alot more filler episodes. I don't mind them, but alot of them are not really something that is as fun to rewatch as some other episodes.

Nah, the consequences from those who resist are always on the oppressor. You just cannot shift blame to those who fight back, it's morally gross. Negan has that weight. I do agree Rosita isn't being smart, but there's a difference.

I agree that Rosita and Sasha's plan is stupid, no way around that. But I think there's a lack of empathizing with them. Rosita and Sasha are completely broken inside by the brutal death of Abraham. Do you think you'd act rationally in the aftermath of your girlfriend or boyfriend massacred in front of you? I don't think I would. It's not to excuse their idiotic plan. But it helps to understand it. And it allows me to feel no anger towards them, but rather back at Negan who was the devil who shattered them into reckless suicidal pieces.

The more shows move into the 8-12 episode format, the more I realize how important these small-scale episodes were at fleshing out characters and their relationships and emotional states. It makes me care SO much more.

Agree completely. Also, it’s been just over a week since the events from 7x01, even though the number of episodes/different stories we’re seeing feels like it’s been much longer. No doubt in my mind I would be as angry as Rosita if something had happened to my loved one in front of me. The only reason Maggie is able to hold back is because she’s pregnant and recovering from her illness, and taken on the task of pretty much leading hilltop.

True, I just think that season 4, for example, had bottle episodes that had more meaning for the characters whereas a lot of them in season 7 feel like they're just dragging out the story. I'm not saying they don't have good scenes in them.
