Hey,

In this post, I'm sharing my .SimHUBdash profile for the dashboard shown in this video.

To get full functionality, you'll need the following applications:

- SimHUB

- RivaTuner

- MSI AfterBurner

It's a good idea to download SimHUB first, test it out, and decide if the basic functionality is enough for you or if you'd like to purchase the paid version. Personally, I’d say this app is the heart of sim racing on PC – highly recommended!

Transform your 16:9 TV into a 21:9 ultrawide and save GPU resources (PC only)

Hello, In today’s video, you’ll see: 0:53 Moving the Windows taskbar, setting dark window borders, and applying a black title bar for all windows (tested on Windows 10) 2:58 Installing and configuring the window management module Fancy Zones 5:54 Saving the SimHub Dashboard location Q&A Why don’t I just use a triple-screen or ultrawide setup? For now, I don’t have enough space for a triple-monitor setup, and ultrawide monitors don’t have enough height for me. A properly set FoV on UW monitors doesn’t allow for a full view of the car’s windshield and lower cockpit at the same time, which, in my opinion, impacts the sense of "being inside" the car. Comparing a 55” TV to a 49” UW monitor, the screen width is similar, but the image height differs by around 20 cm based on the settings in this video (21:9 ratio). Is this better than a regular ultrawide monitor? It depends. Monitors often offer better refresh rates, lower input lag, and may support FreeSync or G-Sync. However, as in my case, the image height is just too low. On the other hand, not all games could support the scaling I demonstrated. I think it’s a good option for those already using a TV as their primary screen and might interest others deciding what to buy. Personally, if I had the space, I would go for 3x curved 45”.
