🏛️ Property Manager 5.3 is out!

Hi everyone! 5.3 is the biggest Property Manager update yet. Here’s what’s new:

🌴 Villa Horizon (NOT THE MAP ONLY THE SCRIPT PART), fully powered by Property ManagerA casino with slot machines, blackjack and roulette. Bars with a barmaid, billiards, a golf practice range, tennis and an arcade cabinet. There’s also a vault, shutters, a car lift, security cameras and a helipad. You can customise the floors, walls and furniture from the tablet.

📱 House tabletYour character now holds the tablet, and it’s also in the weapon wheel. A new Furniture page lets you furnish any property with hundreds of pieces, beds and paintings. Updates never overwrite your layout.

🚗 GaragesMade-to-measure silk covers for add-on cars, plus a premium info card above every parked car.

🎱 And more

The pool tables around Los Santos are now playable.

Helicopter trips between your properties have been reworked.

The whole interface has a new premium gold-and-glass look.

💻 GTA V Enhanced supportProperty Manager now runs on Enhanced too, with its own package. A few features are still Legacy-only for now.

I think i will make it free for the 8$ members.... but tonight i wanna focus on villa horizon, want to make sure that the custom loader is working for everybody etc.

Great work homie - will the house tablet and customization feature be something creator’s have the ability to re-work/retrofit into previously created MLO’s (for example, Leuge’s properties). Waiting on that villa - happy that you took the leap into creating your own properties.

How do I get it into my enhanced? I use codewalker for my enhance copy and not openiv.

i had to comment again bro this pm.5.3 is so amazing i really thought the interactive stuff was for you own build mansion that also have but the interactive stuff even also works in leuge56 mansions so i can also do a work out there etc!! yeah as stated before a piece art! and im so glad i resubbed again :D best wishes from the netherlands and all my love for you amazing content and love your "kinda partnership"with leuge56 so much :D

I am confused, after installing everything, everything works except for the house. I can't load the house, no icon whatsoever. Do I need to pout the house folder somewhere?
