Talk to the customer. Find out what they're looking for, what their budget is, and why they're hesitating.

Offer to take their current car as a trade-in (you might have already inspected it in the parking lot 😉).

Still not enough? Show them other vehicles that fit their budget.

Nothing catches their eye? Offer to find their dream car for them. Let them commission you to track down the exact model they want.

🏎️ They have the money but think the car is overpriced?

Take them for a test drive! A little mini-game that might turn hesitation into a purchase. Sometimes all it takes is getting behind the wheel to fall in love with a car.

Or negotiate the price down. Sure, you'll make less profit, but sometimes securing a sale and keeping the cash flowing matters more than your margin.

You get the idea. Don't let a potential buyer walk away without trying everything you've got. There are plenty of ways to close a deal.
