I've done it... finally (Patreon)

Ok, so hold the front page… I have finally worked out how to get a bum to wobble! 😂

After a frankly ridiculous amount of messing about, I’ve finally managed to get some proper secondary movement into the dancing. It’s only a little thing, but when you’ve been trying to make something move naturally, you really do get ridiculously excited when it finally works!

And who better to put through the test than Princess Beatrix? Naturally, she is absolutely convinced that she is perfectly toned and that there is nothing whatsoever to be concerned about. Pea, on the other hand, has rather different thoughts on the matter… although she’s sensible enough to keep her voice down when the Princess is within earshot. 😂

So there we have it — my first properly wobbly 3D animation. It may not be Pixar, but I’m calling this a win! 😄

And I’ll be posting again over the next couple of days, as I’m currently reanimating a couple of scenes from the existing animations. So there should be a few more little experiments to share very soon!
