9:00 hey we don't mind if you bring up something sad I mean that's the point of the podcast, if people think this is only here to make people feel only good things, they're wrong

Not_Ryan

Shoutout the sadboyz squad for being diligent about putting up trigger warnings on their content. You guys rock!!

So without viewing the video.. Jimmy’s tour guide sounds like Lin Manuel Miranda..

Thank you I was worried I was the only one who thought this

Damn, their description of Severance theories sounds like talking about a great anime with your friends. Makes me kinda want to watch it

I had been meaning to watch Severance for the longest, (I'm big into film but not as fond of TV) I enjoyed the first season but struggled with the second. Happy to hear the boyz' takes and hopefully more in the future! And I'll definitely hit up s3 whenever it comes out.

gentle and friendly reminder that dominos is still at a level 2 boycott on the bds list <3

I so get the food thing. When I'm down, I tend to hermit and want all the comfort food. And then I indulge and also feel guilty later.

This is late and no one is asking, but I’m an archaeologist and actually when we say that something hasn’t been “discovered,” especially in a place as well researched as the pyramids, we actually probably know where it is, but we’re purposefully waiting to open it. Archaeology is inherently destructive and once you open something up, anything you don’t measure in that moment is potentially lost forever, so we’ll say, “oh, we opened a tomb in the last 10 years, let’s wait 50 years to open another one” assuming that there will be more advanced technology by then. So basically, we’re just leaving the door open for future technology to have a shot at measuring things we might not be able to conceive of right now :)
