FYI I know there's a couple really minor editing errors in this (just misaligned images, nothing crazy). I noticed them and so they're fixed in the YouTube cut, but I didn't notice them by the time I put up the Patreon one. Oh well, it shouldn't be disruptive.

I'd say the rangers *did* die and get controlled, but the wounds healed up so when they DID get freed, they were in bodies that were back alive. Just not soul-tethered if thats what ya can call it.

Wild that the Death Ranger is the first canonically non-binary ranger but honestly I love it, they're a truly fascinating character. I also love Zhane's ranger suit shifting into the Death Ranger suit plus the double Omega suits look fuckin sick. Very glad the Issue 100 graphic novel was the first PR comic I picked up (the phone call from Jason's mother is very heartwrenching)

Honestly, I feel like this story’s conclusion could still lead to the status quo of Power Rangers Space, Zhane revived enough that he was able to be placed in cryo sleep, hopefully for the machine Andros hooked him up to to restore him. As for why no further romantic implications came up for them…well Doyleist Censorship reasons why, the Watsonian reason could just be that time had passed, and Andros was trying to move on (as best as a guy obsessively searching for his missing sister can) and was developing something with Ashley by then.
