No need to apologize, I wouldnt say they are sassy but to the point lol. Like my perspective, I was on a time crunch for the day and uploaded what i could of the show and explained it in the intro to add context to the watchers, and soon as I upload I instantly get questioned on something I explained.

There is legitimately a gemsona maker! I haven't made my own but I played around with this one (https://www.dolldivine.com/classic-games/gemsona-maker) a bit to see if there was anything spoilery you should look out for. Other than the names of gems, some of which do appear in the show (but the appearance doesn't necessarily look THAT similar to the characters on the show), I don't think there is? And all the gem names are, you know, actual types of gemstones, so you could get similar spoilers by looking up names of actual real-world gems online. Would love to see what you create if you decide to make one! Uncle Grandpa is an episode that's definitely not for everyone! I personally found it incredibly irritating but I think that style of humor is just not for me. I'm glad you had fun with it! It felt like a new episode to me almost because I had forgotten at least 2/3rds of it. Super excited for you to get to the season finale, but no pressure to rush to it! Hope you're taking care of yourself.

gem relationships aren't really as straight forward as human relationships (especially when it comes to family relationships), so a lot of the relationships between different gems are up for interpretation or could be interpreted multiple ways, but I definitely think Rose was like a mother figure to Amethyst at least. I find a lot of Steven's and Amethyst's interactions make more sense if you think of Amethyst as more of Steven's older sister rather than one of his several moms
