Hey everyone! I've just released a new video on how to install and run the latest Ai model from Stability Ai called "Stable Cascade". An incredible new text-to-image ai model that will probably be the future of open-source text-to-image Ai models. With better prompts understanding, better text, better hands, better overall aesthetic, etc.

It's less than 30 mins man most people are usually busy to watch to premiere directly, i release the video as soon as it's made and give me a 30 min to respond to a bunch of questions and emails I've had during the time I was editing the video :)

does this not have an output folder? i was playing with the cli version yesterday and that output both images to /output.

it saves images like instantid, in the C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Local/Temp/gradio folder

you seem like a real peach! for those of us that are not on the bleeding edge this is like magic at times. however this is not about the AI, this is about you treating a dude that provides content your not making so your time is worth more than you pay for this Patreon service, that's great dude, but it is not a valid reason to take your bad day out on someone providing content you found or find value in. I am not trying to pick a fight on the internet but I think you need to really think on the way you speak to others, especially when it is so very public.

if you have less than 16gb of vram it will be slower, altough once again, it's just a preview, we'll have even better, more optimized models coming verrry soon

lol, you can try dl this app.py file https://we.tl/t-UUlPUaVvHG, replace the existing one, edit the file and replace on line 15 C:\Users\YOURPATH with your path to the folder you want

is this slow for everyone else. I'm only running a 3080 but takes 3-4 minutes to generate a single 1024x1024 image.

if you have less than 16gb of vram, it will work but it will be slower, all depends on how much vram you got

mine just returns an error whenever I run it

So mine was also a bad conda install. I followed the instructions you left on how to reinstall that and it worked perfectly after. Thank you for the reply.

Do you know which flags or environment variables to set to use two GPU? After the "Loading pipeline components" output I get "CUDA out of memory" error with 8 GB VRAM on one GPU used while the other GPU with additional 8 GB VRAM idles.
