Good Morning!

Welcome back to our channel! Today we are wrapping up a 3 part Run BTS! episode. It's Ep. 65. BTS School Part 3. Last episode was fantastic and we heard this one is even better. So let's go!

We are on to our last subject of the school day, Korean Class! And it's 2 against 4 for a good ol' fashion debate, but 2 words are banned. Today's punishment? A water gun that has us 😂!

their mint choco debate became a whole thing with the entire korea joining in the debate and so many variety shows discussed this debate too lmao and even bts reference this ep sometimes behind the scenes when they are eating ice cream esp namjoon and jin lol

i think it's considered a punishment because it's a hassle plus the weather is also cold ig. for me, i would also hate to drive just to see sunset and then the weather is that cold. i would want to just sleep HAHAHAHA introvert things or ig it's just me

yeah, they consider things they don’t want to do “punishments” or time consuming things. like hobi said in this episode they just got off from a plane ride, so it must’ve been exhausting for them to just do this than immediately rest like namjoon and taehyung are 😂

so just to give you some clarity incheon is another city and its not in seoul although its a very close city - so in midst of their hectic schedules travelling to another city just to see a sunset and then they have to comeback to seoul immediately is a punishment for them -you'll see such punishments in future too where they have to do something in someplace so its not the act of doing that smthn thst is punishment but having to TRAVEL to that place to do it is a punishment for them cause they have very busy schedules for example here they said they just landed in korea from fukouka {japan} after a series of concerts but instead of gng home to rest they had to go to incheon from seoul airport to do this punishment and then immediately go back to seoul

They probably consider it a punishment because it's either early in the morning or it's cold, they also do it after other schedules at work or upon arrival from the tour instead of resting, usually they don't have much time to rest Sorry for my English

When Namjoon realised one of his words is "yeorobun", he switched to English and said "everyone". That was when Taehyung said, "just speak in English" 😃. The mint choco was fun, but the debates in the later episodes are hilarious!

Love this episode! Always makes me laugh so much. I feel so bad for Hobi though. By the way, it usually takes 2.5 to 3 hours by car to and fro Incheon from city centre. And because they are catching sunset, it also means peak hour traffic! Which is why I think they picked a day upon arrival from another country to carry out this punishment. This saves the guys at least half the commute time. Seoul Int'l Airport is called Incheon Airport. Which is also why Jhope mentioned hearing airplanes.

In korean you sometimes don't use pronounce at all in your sentence, but to make it make sense you have to put "I" while translating in english. There are also different ways to say I in korean: jeoneun, naneun, jega, naega. So if the forbidden word is jeoneun they can replace it with different I.

J-Hope was the highlight from this episode. I was crying from laughing so hard because of him 😂😂😂. The debate in general was hilarious, they know how to be intense and chaotic, with a lot of nonsense in the middle 😂.

Silly story: the other day I was at work and I think I've been watching too much BTS/Jin content, because someone was telling me something amazing and instead of saying the usual American, "wow" I just unconsciously did a 100% accurate Jin "Whaaaaa." (If you can hear it, you can picture it--and that was me. It just popped out. Of course no one around me would have gotten the homage. But I came home and told my ARMY daughters and they laughed with me. : )

“I” in korean has so many words and the word members give is I (Cheo-Neun) but the word that being said and you confuse why there’s no water gun is I (Che-Ga) or I (Na-Neun)

i will never stop enjoying this episode, especially seeing other people watch it LOL thanks for the reaction as always yall!! extremely random tidbits/fun facts: -when Yoongi said Jimin's face was small it fits entirely behind the plastic cup: in Korea (i think it's similar in other Asian countries too), it's a compliment when ppl say you have a small face, it's kinda like a beauty standard? That's why Jimin looked at him like "aah hyung (shucks)" & Yoongi looked back at him like "i gotchu" -when they were deciding debate teams and the Kim bros started saying "Bro" "I'm bro" "Tae-bro": This was shown on the screen in Korean too, but "ho" is a word that is used for "like/for it" & "bulho" is "dislike/against it". "Bulho". If you say it fast enough (as native speakers would say it), it can sound like "bro", so they were making a pun by calling each other/themselves "bro" while simultaneously saying they're on the "bulho" dislike/against it team

This is just my theory: I think the reason why some of these punishments are considered as "punishments" is maybe it eats up some of their free or personal time? Or it could be quite a drive to the location of the punishment. That's just my theory haha
