I've been waiting 🤍

Jenelle Edwards

Now excuse me while I get my snacks out and get comfortable for this reaction video

KimSeok2ParkMinjeon⁷99

I've was going crazy waiting for y'all 😭💜💜Hi my happiness CCW FAMILY 💜 anyway thank you for MY main bias AGUST D 🔥🔥

Chloe

Uri genius producer!!!

Alice Smith

You need to listen to So far away featuring Jin and Jk on your own time it's really pretty.

Anne See Park

hard agree on this! this is one of my faves!!

민

omg so far away!!!!

Jayw

Yesss the birth of agust d !!!

HalSonyeondan

In Korea as a guy you only call guys that are older than you “ Hyung “ and yes also your biological brother So the only person in BTS yoongi calls hyung is Jin since Jin is older than

Yuu97_OT5

OMGGGG!!! YES!! AGUST D!! 🔥💜 I really like AgustD mixtapes and Album - I really love how Yoongi makes music, the lyrics are sooooo rawww. Just a few info about their siblings (correct me if I'm wrong ARMYs) - Namjoon has a younger sister. - Hobi has a big sister. - Jin, Yoongi and Jungkook has a big brother. - Jimin has a younger brother. - Taehyung has two younger siblings, one boy and one girl. Honorifics: Hyung > male uses this to call an older male. Noona > male uses this to call an older female. Unnie > female uses this to call an older female. Oppa > female uses this to call an older male.

Chim

Okay so hobi is the only one that has an older sister. Namjoon sister is younger than him

Yuu97_OT5

Thanks! Okay got it! Younger sister. Will edit this!

Nina 1995

I love Agust D. He showed me rap. I love rap now. He is my boo. Omg I love yoongi so much thanks for reacting. Cant wait to get off work and watch!

claudia

Guys, "hyung" is an honorific term but only used for older men by younger men. "Oppa" is for older men by younger women. "Noona" is for older women by everyone. I believe there is no term for younger by older, since honorifics go towards older people for respect (correct me if I'm wrong)

Chloe

Same!!

Chloe

Yes, JK is on the background. They have a live performance of this hope you get to it soon! 💜💜 You worked hard CCW! Fighting!!

Faery

Suga uses and reuses motifs and segments of prior songs in future projects. I love So Far Away and when I heard it used in SNOOZE it just made it so much more impactful. I love playing find the snippets throughout Suga's catalogue. It makes his work so unique and recognizable at the same time. *Yoongi bias is biasing here =P*

Chloe

Also if you hadnt noticed, So Far Away and Snooze are related. Theyre sisters

Bijan

Jk is my bias but Yoongi is my bias wrecker...

Sany Agassis

He was originally meant to be a producer at Big Hit, but he joined BTS because they were a rap group. His decision to become an idol caused a lot of criticism from his hip-hop friends, who believed that idols were all about looks and not talent. He responded to this criticism with music and other projects.

JengHoseok

RM has a younger sister.

bubblegumroses

"Noona" is for older women but not by everyone, just by younger men. Older women are called "Unni" by younger women

Yuu97_OT5

Yup, done editing. Thank you!

claudia

Ah! Right I forgot that one! :)

Rokm_

May Min Yoongi’s trials always end in full bloom 🌸 The Last is my favorite song from this mixtape, the last part always makes me so emotional: “My fans, keep your head high with pride, because who can do it like me?” 💜💜💜 Agust D is my second favorite. But the whole mixtape is fire. I love his rapping style. Thanks for the reaction! (And yes, you definitely should watch all festas/musters. BTS gives Army a lot of nice gifts such as live performances, games, dance collabs, etc during those)

Heather

So Far Away is my favorite from this album and one of my favorites from the BTS and BTS members' discography.

Keyz J.

Am i the only one that noticed that Abby grabbed Jungkook and not Yoongi?? 😂😂💀💀

Rokm_

The term older people use for younger ones is Dongsaeng. It can go for both men and women.

claudia

yess, I love how he implements small motifs (lyrics or music) of older songs into his new songs. It makes it look like his feelings about what he wrote back then have developed into something even more beautiful.

Angela Collier

So far away is a beautiful song and my favorite on this album

FZA

😂😂

Thays Oliveira Lima

React to jungkook and charlie puth we don't talk anymore

hobi_army

I think you guys would enjoy “So Far Away” featuring Jungkook and Jin💜

Feslyb

Reaccionen a People o también Lilith o Seesaw

Ashlee

This mixtape is forever iconic!! So glad you guys are finally getting the chance to check it out 🔥 Also although many reactors choose it, this lyric video for The Last is incorrect towards the end 😭 Yoongi doesn't repeat the "show me the money line" again. In the last couple of bars he says: "Sorrow created me uh look at me closely uh Selling ourselves or not you all say It's not that we couldn't do it But that we didn't want to, sh*t"

Sarrah Santos

during the trob (if my memory serves me right...correct me pls.if not 😅😅) AGUST D is a diss track for bfree and those rappers who belittled him and rm just because they went from being underground to idols..the one who made fun of them just bec they wear make up.. even made fun of Suga's name to sugar.. anyways..all this song from this mixtape just proved how genius and authentic yoongi is when it comes to his music. 💜

Mirriamh

So far away is a good one👍

bere

my favorite song in this whole album and probably his whole discography is so far away i even made it my highschool senior quote ! “may your trials end in full bloom” 🩷

Jayw

Random tidbit Suga actually produced a song for suran too called “wine” and he won the hot trend/producer award for it in mama 2017. It was the first solo award he ever won. Y’all saw a little of the moment in one of the TROB bonus, the members were super happy for him. It was a cute moment.

Kayla 💜

i think it's so funny when daniel forgets to turn on the subtitles and summer looks over like "dude what the heck?"

Tyler

in some parts of the song Jin and Jungkooks ad libs and harmonies are still in Surans version of “so far away” which is super cool

DzulGM

The censoring thing and the shooky part put my hype mood down 🥲 but ok…

borahae BTS

Abby, seeing you watching the lyrics while jamming with the beat is so cute lol. I love you guys haha

Bora

Why are you watching ccw if you’re still hung up on them censoring from the beginning of their channel

DzulGM

because i like them!! And it’s my money…why are you bother me, are you that big fan of them or what??

C

Be grateful we even have this video with all the songs on , we’ve been through this , accept the censorship and move on , crying every time will get you no where

Bora

Because you can’t move on from something they’ve always done? Like either accept it or leave? It’s not changing.

Sugareul

Are you a knew subscriber? Cause if you’re not you should’ve expected that tbh.

Mia_Rose

you call your older brother hyung yes, if you're a guy yourself. That was Yoongi's older brother

DzulGM

Don't speak for everyone because not everyone accepts it, if you accept it, good for you, I just talked about how I felt, and no, I'm not new, I've been on Patreon for 2 years or more. Talking about how you feel about the reaction it’s prohibited now?? I see..

luna

it’s not gonna change. get over it.

Mia_Rose

Yoongi had an actual graveyard shift If I remember correctly, I don't think it was referring to delivery. He had that while a trainee for BTS. He was talking about the graveyard shift affecting his school life in that song.

Bora

Um no….complaining about the same thing over and over knowing they will never change and you can’t accept it, but don’t want to leave is immature. It’s their boundaries they’ve set up since day one.

MLS

What a lovely way to look at his music!

DzulGM

I know that it’s not gonna change, in what moment i asked for them to changed it? I just commented that my hype went down.. and it’s true most of the people could feel the same as me, we hate CCW for that? No we’re not, we’re going to unsubscribe for that? Not me… i just said my mood went down… why are you guys bothering me really, it seems you’re more CCW fans than ARMYS jesus…

outrolars

just don't say anything. their fans will just say accept it and move on but they themselves hasn't accepted and move on with the fact that there are also people here who still enjoy watching the vids but are just not really ok with the censoring

kika

Watched the first half on YT and then needed to hear the rest of your reaction so finished it here hahaha. Love the reaction and i got all emotional again listening to The Last. Thank you all! Never caught the JK harmony until you all pointed it out.

Mia_Rose

30:27, translation is wrong. It should be "look closely at me who was born out of loneliness"

luna

“their fans”? we’re not fans of ccw. we support them because they love BTS and are very sweet people. get your facts straight or keep it quiet. does it make sense to continuously complain about censoring when it’s not gonna change? no. those are the boundaries they’ve set on THEIR CHANNEL and you should respect that. idk why that’s so hard for your brain to process. weird asf.

Bora

Stating it brought your mood down is childish when it’s expected they’ll always do it. Learn to accept it or leave because you bringing it up all the time ruins the mood more than them censoring.

DzulGM

I’ll keep quiet when I decide, and if I am really complaining too much as you say, the CCW themselves should get me out of here..every day it’s getting more annoying the primos here, first discord then here.. 🙄

Jemina Välilä

Loved this reaction so much!! 💜 can’t wait for D2 and D-DAY reactions later!

Bora

Maybe notice how there’s a lot of people calling you out which is a sign you’re in the wrong here 😂

Bangtan

SO FAR AWAY always gives me goosebumps, especially Jin and jungkook version

DzulGM

Ok I accepted, go and tell ccw that get me out here for complaining to much

Charmaine

when I was a baby army, this mixtape is what made yoongi my bias

Anny_ lokah

I came back to being premium just for this video xDD

CC

Yoongi is forever our electric guitar king! When you hear an amazing EG solo taking over the song, you can be pretty sure Suga had sth to do with it <3 This entire mixtape is amazing. I love how he starts with his outward persona, then opens up about his past, and then really gets vulnerable. The layers as you get through the tracklist are really cool.

smilehoyaaaaaa💜

Yoongi's music is so beautiful! I'm curious to hear your opinion when you've reacted to all 3 of his projects. It's beautiful to see his growth as an artist but also as a person on Agust D, D2 and finally D-DAY

Paula

I have "May your trials end in full bloom" tattooed on my arm, my favorite line from Yoongi, I loved that he repeated it in Snooze.

Dasia

Beautiful reaction! Thanks ya'll!!

Tyler

i just wish everyone was respectful in these replies

Jay

Yoongi is a very fine storyteller , and you can see from this mixtape to Dday his music has grown along with him. there are lot of callbacks in his songs but he presents it in such a beautiful way so we fans know that all his trials have definitely have ended in full bloom and he will keep blooming .... so far away with suran is such a beautiful song but I am more biased towards Jin and JK's version of it .

Nira

Having read all the comments under your comment here (which I honestly wouldn't have noticed without this number of replies), I just want to say that I have no problem accepting your statement as it doesn't come across as insulting or rude. At least not to me....

Carbonated_Water

Hi, I was looking at the comments and I don't think anyone has said it, so I came to give some interesting facts, one about “The Last” and two about “So Far Away”. About “The Last”, a Korean ARMY commented that the structure of the first part of the song is very similar to how s*icide letters are written, which caught his attention a lot especially with the censored part of the psychiatrist's voice, but seeing how the song becomes more hopeful, he could feel that Yoongi was getting better. On the other hand, “So Far Away” was supposed to be called “Don't Far Away” but there was a confusion and it ended up as it is. And the other fact was that the guide for the song was recorded by Jimin (and I think Yoongi wanted him to sing it???) but as you could see it was Suran (great singer) who did it, also unfortunately Yoongi told that he lost that recording so the closest we have been to hear Jimin's version is at the FESTA 2017 performance with the vocal line up.

Dee

omg the way i immediately thought to myself, "that doesn't look like yoongi, but maybe i'm wrong..." and just gaslit myself the entire video LMAO i'm so glad someone else noticed

outrolars

yes, the comment is not rude at all. but if you voice out what you felt or your opinion that doesn't align with them, their fans think that you're attacking ccw and that's why they're so defensive

APOBANGPO7

Saaaaaame!! 🙋🏻‍♀️

APOBANGPO7

Suga is a genius when it comes to music and storytelling! So far alway will always be a favorite 💜 ofc with Jin’s and JK’s voice is even more special.

Ghala Lan

So far away but with jin n jungkook u guys haaaavvee tooooo i know ur gonna love itttt

Pari

Have they thought about watching begins youth?

Bora

I’d say the comment itself is rude. Doesn’t have to be worded rudely to be rude. They’re complaining to ccw about something they always do. Do you think ccw enjoys seeing that their mood was brought down over boundaries that people still won’t respect? Stop trying to make them feel bad for censoring lol

Kimmy Cariño

When you listen to Snooze, it is like a sequel for So Far Away. Especially the line DREAM….

Sara🐱💜

Look to day 3 of the DDAY tour, yoongi feeling impressive

Shaquille_Oatmeal

So far away is one of the songs that made me become army...I relate a lot with it..Back then i was like "ohhhh yeah BTS is that group"

Kearyce Moore

I like both versions, but I want jk and jin's version on spotify

Kearyce Moore

The storyteller yoongi has always been 💜

Kearyce Moore

Yoongi's brother is 4 years older than him

BZ

I don’t think I could have waited until Thursday to watch you guys react to So Far Away! And The Last! 💜💜 my favourite songs on this album! Absolutely love Yoongi and also his honesty in his work! 😭

Seneca

soooo many songs BTS still need to finally put on spotify 😭

Kearyce Moore

21:38 to 55, for example, their wings tour started on jhope's birthday, but instead of being 23, he's 24 cause you go up by one than the birth date like the way we age that's how you would calculate it for korean age, but since it doesn't exist anymore, they go by our age system.

Kearyce Moore

So far away, agust d, and the last were my favorites off this mix tape, his second one had me change my list so many times and still do.

Kearyce Moore

He performed the last way before dday concert even existed

Alice Smith

Since they already heard at least 6 songs from The Golden album and some over and over again when they do JKs solo they should just reveiw the ones they haven't heard ..because that one has more songs than any of them. They could probably do that in one showing instead of breaking it up on youtube makes sense to me but that wont be for awhile still..

Alice Smith

Primos love to argue and just keep going and going. Sheesh

Ahjusshi_Brown

“The Last” always has been and always will be my favorite song from this album. So raw. So heartbreaking. So uplifting. That’s my kinda music right there (and why I love Yoongi’s music so much) Edit: And yes, ARMYs were crying in the club when the song came out. We were downright inconsolable 😂

Ophelia

Graveyard shift is a term for an overnight shift. So he probably did delivery overnight or into the late hours of the night.

Ahjusshi_Brown

Yes, D-Day was the first time he performed “The Last.” I was at the first concert for that tour and “The Last” was the finale song and let me just say…I lost my mind when the music came in. I never expected him to EVER perform that song and to see it live right in front of my eyes…man I was on cloud 9

moonbeamss_⁷

that was his older brother which he would call Hyung. There is a term for “blood siblings” if you need to clarify for someone.. but yes you would still call your own older siblings Hyung/Oppa/Noona/Unnie

민

same i never thought i could like rap🥹all because yoongi

CJ

It wasn't to me either. He was just expressing how he felt. I don't think that was a reason to gang up on him tbh.

CJ

Samesies!! ✋

Lisa M T

It's amazing comparing this to D Day. D Day is so expertly produced, and this mix tape had such bare bones production. It's very raw.

Seth S

Did I miss something? I didn't see Give It To Me here, but it's supposed to be between Agust D & Skit...

l

the mixtape that made me fall for this man even harder ! i love the way he expresses himself, not only in lyrics but the passion in his voice. not to mention the amazing mixing and production in his music...so young yet so talented and he just gets better and better as the years pass ! also, yes in Korea you also call your biological older brothers "hyung".

Jerica Cabebe

I think they did react to it on youtube it was a separate video.

Bunny Ki

I love so far away so much

l

something to keep in mind about yoongi is, he will use repeated lyrics in other songs, for example So Far Away and Snooze share the same lyrics in certain parts of the songs... he has also done this with other solos and even BTS older/newer songs. its so cool to realize and notice these small things !

Jay

PLEASE react to so far away version ft jin and jk, it’s a bit different than the original but both are beautiful in its own ways! i personally am more obsessed with jk and jins version lol

rashi

there is actually a version of so far away with jk and jin, and its soundsss reallyyy good tooo, you can check it out somedayy

nav

he means so much to me <3

chimm

"May your trials end in full bloom." This line has become a very relevant message to Yoongi. Virtual hugs to all ARMYs who were and will always be with Yoongi during his darkest trials. 💜💜💜

Micayz

This is what I know. If you're a boy, you call your older brother Hyung and to the older sister as Noona If you're a girl, you call you older brother Oppa and to the older sister as Unnie

Angelique Lindig

Every time i hear the last i am crying so hard because you hear the pain and all this 😭😭😭

Mia_Rose

Could be. But the timings don’t match up for it to the be delivery job he mentioned he had when he was a trainee.

revelene flores

When I first heard "The Last", I cried too much. I have social anxiety and I stopped for 3 years before going to college. It was released when I was 2nd year in college. I am not still used to with riding buses especially rushed hour and I had countless of panic attack just because I was riding a bus full of people. When it was released, although it made me cried, it helped me navigate my everyday life. I learned how to distract myself by listening to his song. So far Away is my favorite. The original was so nice but the Festa version for me is more emotional. JK and Jin's voice in the Festa version really fit well.

Khwarnyo Lwin

The last and So Far away are the first rap songs that made me cry a lot in my whole entire life. I remembered that I cried myself to sleep everynight at that time due to depression but nobody knew even my family. But when the song came out, I felt like Yoongi knew. I felt like he knew and comforting me. These songs are the reason that woke me up in the morning and gave me the strength to go through hard times. Since I am ok and living life with healthy mind, I always feel like I own my life to Yoongi. BTS songs always comfort me but Yoongi songs always made it personal.

Sonia

Just to let you know that there is also a version of So far away with Jin and Jungkook :)

Ivy Lee

Theres a version where the vocal line sings SO FAR AWAY. Jungkook’s voice superb on his vocal riffs take. And Tae’s voice on the other hand was haunting! Jin and Jimin, their high notes perfect. Hope you could watch the one where its all vocal line too 💜

emma dg

so far away ft jin and jk is 🔝

Cassy G

When? I don't remember ever seeing it live before then. I'm not saying you're wrong. I just can't remember it. He did first love in the wings tour. When did he do the Last?

Mirjam

Jungkook did the vocal guide to some of the agust d songs so it’s completely possible that y’all heard him in the background of so far away!

Kearyce Moore

I can't remember the name of the event, but he had blonde hair at that time

Ali

The Last means so much to me. I’ve been looking forward to ya’ll listening to Yoongi’s interludes on his albums because they are so pretty. He reminds me of Hans Zimmer with how theatrical his music is -the build up, crescendo, and the quiet ending. Genius Yoongi

Latonia

I really want you guys to listen to So far away ft. The vocal line. It’s so amazing. The vocals are beautiful and perfected nicely. My favorite version of the song. Both versions are good tho.💜

Seii Ami

I hope Yoongi is doing great 😭

C Nichole

It is so unfortunate that ppl feel the need to be bullies in these comments every time someone expresses themselves. Sorry you have to experience this immaturity. Funny how y'all love to call ppl immature but jump at every chance to go back and forth in the comments, name call, defend CCW as if ppl are threatening them. Relax. Nothing about this comment is rude. If CCW takes issues with these comments let them address it themselves and stop being keyboard warriors. I messaged weeks ago about the divide, and nothing was cleared up and here are the results I knew would come.

alkishaven

Sometimes, you can hear JK in the back doing some adlibs for the members but he goes uncredited for it. For example, in So Far Away feat. Suran and also in Boy Meets Evil. I think in both songs, you can definitely hear JK.

Bora

Womp womp. The way no one called them a name lol. How dramatic

rosetta singer

I still can’t believe there was a version of So Far Away feat. Jimin 😭😭 I almost think this was the first version before Suran, I could be wrong. But it was mentioned.

Shreya

so i dont know if you know this but the first mixtapes of rm, suga, jhope were actually released for FREE on soundcloud and since they werent on streaming platforms they were more free in their thoughts and lyrics since only fans would listen to them and then later after they became worlwide they made these songs available on mainstream music platforms

Shreya

9:11 i think being tied up represents how at that time he was trapped by the limitations and stereotypes set by the then rappers about idol-rappers and him coming out by untying himself shows hes going to break free from being in a box that they tried to put him in and made him suffocate - even in the bts monuments docu (2023) suga talks about how idols were now looked at as great people cause they became worlwide but at that time idols were not really treated as true artists and the lyrics in this are a direct response to all those ''fried rappers'' who talked down on him

Shreya

yes thats hesolder brother -hyung and he was talking about how his older brother was the one who believed in him cause as you know at first his parents were not really into him gng into music and to have an older brother who believed in you must mean so much to him

Shreya

yes when this was released no other kpop artist talked about depression soo openly and tbh mental health is still not considered seriously in a looot of asian countries even NOW so for him to put a song ou there like this in 2016 was such a brave move

Hopex25

So far away is such a beautiful song 😭

Itami

yeah it's also cuz he does the guides for even the other members' solo work a lot of times
