Rimuru and friends are working towards building up Tempest and making sure it's the best place to call home.Sorry for the absence of posts recently. We've been trying to figure out remote streaming so John and I could record while he was out of town but kept running into issues. But I finally got my setup working and I'm going through the slime diaries until John gets back. Once he returns, we will get back to Campfire Cooking and finding some more awesome anime to get into! Thank y'all so much for your patience!

Bit of a shame john couldn't join but I sure hope you enjoy this series. You noticed for a few of them but their character design is slightly different from the main series, much softer details. as to when it came out it was after the first half of season 2 in 2021.

So far I'm loving it. It's so cool they made some of the characters look a little different. I like the mustachioed Hakurou haha.

Slime Diaries is originally a spin-off manga, so the art style in the anime is based on the mangaka's art style. It's written in what's called 4-koma (4-panel) style, which is each page being a self-contained scene, so, it's not truly a narrative that carries through the season. Before he became a Demon Lord, Rimuru was described as looking age 7-9. ....... The movie has been announced for Feb. 2026, but that's in Japan. Add 2-3 months to that for US theaters. No date for Season 4. ..... Rimuru's house is that little Japanese-style house in the large walled garden. It was in the main anime, and appeared in the closing credits for Slime Diaries. .... Remember Treyni ate all those potato chips nonchalantly in the scene where she first met Rimuru?

Don't forget about That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime OAD: Rimuru's Glamorous Life as a Teacher (Episodes 3-5)

LaLa

YES! Please do not forget These OADs!

Cerulean Spectre

this series is very wholesome and great reaction

As was mentioned by TheDarkOrganism, don't forget to watch the OADs after season 1. Episodes 3-5 tie directly into the next seasons with the kids and a couple other characters that show up. They are a great additional adventure with the kids and add a lot to the story! Episodes 1-2 can be skipped if you want, they're just a bit of goofy fun. I always refer to them as 'the fan service episodes'. 😂 🩷💛🩵

Oh nice I had no idea it had it's own manga too. So next year is the slime movie, sucks to have to wait but still super stoked for it none the less!
