Think about how big the Forest of Jura must be - when Treyni told Rimuru that the delegation from the Beast Kingdom had entered the Forest she said they should arrive in the city in FIVE days and they were being pulled by those thunder cats! I think it's been compared to the size of the continent of Asia on Earth. It's said in the LN when Gazel came to the city by carriage it took weeks even with the road. I don't think Rimuru makes any of the stuff for the city internally (within his body) they've just got a massive labor pool as there were 200,000 High Orc who each have the strength of a bulldozer. They can toss giant stone blocks that weigh tons effortlessly, so Rimuru can get a lot done quickly.
