Fixed an issue when rotating the head on the Y-axis causing the tongue to not twist properly

Fixed the tongue spline behavior when scaling the root

Changed the default position when swapping the head, chest, and tail controls on "Follow Body" property control. They should no longer appear at their default world location but instead return to a more manageable one.
