Ash, Hannah is absolutely right!! If you don't want to believe Hannah, ask your Mom if she could give you up or any of her kids for any reason whatsoever! The only way a true loving Mother would give up her own child is if it was to save that child's life. Ash, I truly believe you will rethink this when you have a child of your own!

Hannah is speaking facts! Superman didn’t become Homelander because of his parents that raised him to be a good person. I do see why Ash is annoyed with Becca and Annie’s decision for breaking off relationships. I believe his thought process is that a couple can get thru anything together which is very admirable on his part. I guess that’s why you just have to trust Ash!

Giving up Ryan would have been a mistake. Give hi. To even a good Superheros would be a bad idea because Homelaner we would kill them and him being with his mom is safer for Ryan and Becca.

Ash is 100% right. Sometimes the right decision in the long term doesn't feel emotionally good in the short term. Becca's decision is gonna backfire and Butch is gonna have to clean up the mess and say "I told you so".

Becca definitely chose wrong. Yes, butcher may have wanted to get rid of her kid; but then she should have just used him to get the hell out of dodge, then leave him and get her and Ryan somewhere safe where she can try to raise Ryan in peace. Two choices; Butcher wants to get rid of Ryan, and Homelander wants to infiltrate their life, push his crazy and toxic values onto him and possibly steal him away from her. She should have known when she saw that HL didn’t like how she was raising him that he would steal him from her. At least with Butcher she could get away, HL..forget it. She knew Butcher so well, she could have kept all those thoughts to herself and just waited for the right moment when they were out of that prison and then just left with Ryan. But instead she chose to stay with HL constantly checking in and meddling in how to raise Ryan. Definitely wrong move staying.

pls ash stop trying to take the side of a man who clearly has toxicity written on his forehead. good character building and writing I agree but even as soon as it had been made clear (episodes before I have to say) that she serves the role of a savior for him (and in this episode she even points it out by saying he should not put her on a pedestal and she never could fulfill what he wanted) and that's a high alert red blinking flag right there - even without the whole conversation about Ryan ....
