Progress Log 6/27/22 - Dancing and Story Content! (Patreon)

Log time! It’s been a while since our last one and we’ve got plenty to talk about today.

Rhythm Game - Massive Progress

The rhythm mini game has had a ton of work put into it and we’re close to reaching the point where it’s just adding content and new characters to it.

Dance Loops

The character who’s route you’re playing as will now dance in the background on the stage.

They will cycle between 2-4 dances as the song progresses, stripping clothing layers whenever the player activates fever mode.

So what’s fever mode? Hitting special notes with hearts on them will build up a meter at the bottom of the screen that can then be activated with “space”. Activating fever mode will cause notes to give you more points, as well as money. (Which you can later spend for sex toys.)

Dance Cut Scenes

Fever mode will also trigger a special cut in behind the note tracks.

Doku’s doing an insane job on these cut in and they’ll be animated. Later on when we have a gallery, we’ll probably put them in there for people to look at without the stress of following the song too.

Story Continuation

Chapter 1 of Rosaria’s story has been pretty much fully implemented at this point.

Players can now proceed to the end of Night 2 where she performs for the first time at Club Sacrilege. With this completed, it’s time to move on to Chapter 1 of Mana’s route and Chapter 1 of Sophie’s. Stay tuned for info on those routes in upcoming logs!
