Merch has been added to the Kickstarter campaign! (Patreon)
Content
After gathering some feedback and doing some careful planning, we’re adding some merch rewards to the Kickstarter campaign that we're running. We wanted to post this here too since many of our backers here are also supporting the Kickstarter.
Since existing tiers are unable to be edited once someone has backed them, we’ve gone and duplicated them to have one that includes physical merch, and one that doesn't. This also makes it so backers can completely pass on this if they just want the digital rewards instead.
Now on to the actual merch designs!
The top two most popular categories were Metal Keychains and Boob Mouse Pads, with Dakimakuras being the least popular.
With that in mind, we designed these concepts.
Metal Keychains
These will be available in 4 different characters featuring the original cast and backers will get to pick which one they wish to receive in a survey that we'll send out once the campaign ends.
Boob Mouse Pads
These will be available in 3 different designs. We're still unsure if we'll offer these in dressed/nude variants but we'll see if the budget allows for both once the campaign ends. The 3 available characters will be Rosaria, Mira, and Charlotte due to the data collected on character popularity.
But what about the cost?
We’ve gone ahead and estimated which products would be feasible to produce, and thankfully, the keychains and mouse pads are on the more affordable side. We’re also taking into account things like minimum orders and production time, so rest assured that we’re treading carefully.
There are a few manufacturers that we’re eyeing at the moment but a final decision on which one will be producing the merch will be made when the Kickstarter is done and we are able to procure some samples from them.
That about covers it for merch. The full designs will be finalized when the campaign is complete and if we manage to hit our primary goal. We’d appreciate it if you help us spread the word wherever you can!
