The problem is that there are usually between 60 and 70 questions and it takes 2 and a half hours to answer and talk to all those people. Imagine if they opened it to everyone. How much would it be, at least a whole day answering and talking.

It was always like this. It doesn't seem crazy to me, they take the trouble to talk to you directly, live, and that takes them a lot of time. He who wants it and can pay it, let him pay it, I could and I can't do it anymore, but I'll be back. It was great that they spoke directly to me and let me ask them a couple of things and sent greetings to my children...

This chat is a perk for the top two tiers and is one of the major reasons why they cost substantially more. Even if they hosted lower tiers on different days, then that creates another big chunk of another day where they're answering questions to tiers that likely have a higher number of members ... meaning more questions than they're already dealing with and thus a longer session. As it is, 2-3 hours once a month on their "down time" is a pretty significant commitment.

Steve, I recommend you go read what your perks are for the tier you're at. That way you aren't surprised/disappointed if they post something you may not have access to. Like Nicolas said, they're giving a couple hours of their time and answer individual questions and talk directly to some of the members. It has to be a higher tier because of that.

If they did open one up for all tiers then they couldn't allow us to ask them a question because that would take far too long. But I don't know how they would be able to prevent everyone from trying to ask something if all tiers were involved. Making it only for the two upper tiers is a way to keep the chat under control. Last year they had a live chat for the end of the year. Talking about things that happened and some stuff to come. I think everyone had access to that. Hopefully they do that again this year.

It's not like they ignore anyone. They do plenty of live streams for everyone, throughout the year on IG. They read and take questions on them, besides talk about topics at hand.

I don't think they reveal any big news or anything during these. It's rare to hear from anyone what was said after the chats are over. Kind of defeats the purpose of each tier having certain perks if people were to talk about it. From what I heard it's just the Ultimate and VIPs asking the band questions which can take a few hours to finish

Hi everyone, French fan, I'm a Warning Army tier, was a little 😓 can't be at the party for the talk. Completely get the higher prices, cause of number of people you have to speak after, mission impossible 🤯 And the cash is necessary for the band, get it too. But was thinking maybe in an idea better sharing, reflecting words and thoughts of sisters lyrics, a lottery for the talk? Because one, fans will be ever too many to have a each one talk, two why only rich people can be allowed to talk one time with sister's ? Great Monica day everyone 🤟

1) Because the platforms are integrated by tiers, and access is only allowed by the top two tiers. This would be a technical nightmare to grant temporary special access every Live Chat. 2) Rich can be defined many ways. Not everyone there is financially wealthy. In fact most there are of an Average income, and support the band for many reasons. Some sacrifice to support them, because they believe in them, and want to help. They are not there for themselves, and are there for the band. Not everyone in the upper tiers are there solely for the tier rewards, and what they can get out of it. Some have to be in the spotlight and feel the need to shine in front of the band, and others are happy with staying in the shadows, knowing they supported them all the same. In the end, the majority support the band, and we continue to do so for them, not us. Instead of asking what else can they give you without paying for it, Think of the tier rewards as the bands way of saying thank you.

Ernie, that still defeats the purpose of making it a top tier reward if they're going to give it away for free the following day. It's not fair to those who pay for the higher tiers to give it away to everyone else for free. Maybe once a year they could offer it to show us what it's like as a way of convincing some of us to move up. But giving it away for free every month would probably cause them to lose money. Because why bother upgrading if you can just see it the next day?
