This poll highlights classic films from the 1950s and 1960s. These movies have earned a lasting place in the hearts of cinema lovers. I’ve heard these movies mentioned countless times, but I’ve never actually seen any of them. I’m confident that whichever one wins will be well worth the watch!

Voting will be open for 48 hrs.

Happy voting!

BIG MATT

Hmm never seen any of these.

Alex Gorell

Cannot go wrong with any of these they are All excellent films. But Lawrence of Arabia is league of its own.

Ed Scoglio

Good options!! Nice seeing actual "classic" movies listed too. I worked with a guy a few months ago, nice guy, I think he was 19 and he said he loved old classic movies and when I asked him what he meant by that and he said movies from the 90's and I never wanted to strike someone so much before. I felt so old and insulted!

Mikey D

Always pick Kubrick.

Jace

Never seen any of the old movies, but I’m sure they are good and worth seeing

Johnny Liu

Really excited for more classics! The Hitchcock reactions were a blast and Lawrence / Strangelove / Graduate are some of the best American films.

Robert Inman

There's a reason why Lawrence of Arabia was a best picture Oscar winner!

Mike Smith

I am really pulling for Lawrence of Arabia! It was my grandpa’s favorite film and I attribute my love for movies to him. Bridge on the River Kwai is another David Lean classic. Both star Obi-Wan Kenobi! Also, I saw Ben-Hur is getting a re-release this weekend in time for Easter, so I would definitely be up for that too.

Dave Joey

Lawrence Of Arabia goes on for 3 and a half hours! Are you sure you want to sit through a movie of that length?

Victor Long

Given your personality, I'm surprised you haven't seen Dr Strangelove already. :-)

Chief

Sad to see The Quiet Man getting so little love. It is one of the greats.

John Walters

The 1925 version of Ben Hur was in many ways just as epic as the more well-known 1959 version. In contrast, the first Ben Hur movie, from 1907, was definitely not epic, since it was only 15 minutes long and didn't even have any title cards.

LaserLamb

This is really a "Which Movie Should I Watch First" poll, they're all da 💣

Phillip Arthur

I've never seen any half of these films, but some I do remember but Dr. Strangelove sounds really good to watch!!! Either way, I'm excited to see the winner this is going to be a exciting week, all of these sound like fun to watch
