I half expected Captain Dogwalker to have a rule that he only defends dogwalkers and was going to get into an argument with the woman about why he won't defend her due to her not actively walking a dog. Then she'd steal another person's dog in order to get his help but this would just create a cycle of dog related crimes where people keep stealing other people's dogs but he won't help the owners unless they steal and walk a dog.
