Shwmae, Producers!

I recently discovered that there's a whole PS1 horror game called Koudelka that I've never heard of. As the world's leading Welsh video game historian, it's my duty to attempt to play this.

The game sounds really interesting and takes place in a monastery in Aberystwyth (a town I lived in for four years). It also looks absolutely bonkers.

Join me live if you can so we can unpack this truly bizarre bit of gaming history but if you're not around, it'll be available on demand for all RKG Posh Slugs & Producers.

Producer Stream: The Welsh Horror Game Gav's Never Heard Of

Gav recently found this game called 'Koudelka' that is set in a Welsh monastery and felt like he owed it to our Producers (and Wales) to play it.

Oh wow, Koudelka! I loved this game, look forward to seeing what you make of it! I still remember the cool little intro, had nice music. Fair warning - it's sooooo weird. Creepy too!

My wife is an Aber alumni as well. Looking forward to the Aber lore on this one. You reckon the final boss is in Pier Pressure?

Philip McMurray

First producers stream, looking forward to it!

Andrew Franges

Sooooo excited that I'll be able to be there live for this. See you gents Saturday!

JBrady

Koudelka is so good

Jo Taylor

Ooh, looking forward to this! Koudelka is a bit of a lost gem 💙

Hana

Unfortunately, the Elden Ring DLC comes out the day before haha so I'll save this stream for later 🥰

Oh my God, I became a producer again just to watch this. One of my absolute favourite games and no one ever talks about it. It's a bit of a diamond in the rough and the lack of Welsh voice acting is sad (PS1 game, comes with the territory) but it's so wonderfully unique and holds a special place in my heart. Can't wait!
