louies reaction always breaks, me him always being the unbothered one and then being so bothered that dewey kept it from them and that of course followed by the sweet moment between scrooge and his father, one of my favourite episodes!

Morgaaaan! I KNEW you would like the dime lore 🥹 That moment always gets me a little choked up. I'm so glad you liked this one! The rest of the episodes in s1 are all bangers, so I hope you enjoy them, too. 😌🫶

Interesting fact: the late Alan Young, the original VA of Scrooge, was considered to play his dad. However, his health declined and was unavailable to play him in the end, but I still think it was a good way to honour his legacy in the original, Ducktales. I loved it because was such a nice episode and the dad and Scrooge heart to heart moment was just so cute. 🥹💜

As I've been watching the show I've been so excited for your reaction to this episode. I knew you'd like it because it's so heavily about scrooge but also that it reveals more about the mystery of their mom. So, excited to binge watch the rest of season one with you so I can see your thoughts as it continues.
