A casual Christmas episode would have been too easy, so the writers decided to make it sad as well.

Having the voices of Fix it Felix, Patrick Star AND original Minnie Mouse, Huey Dewey and Lewey (AKA Jack McBrayer, Bill Faggerbakke and Russi Taylor) in this episode was epic!

Production_Run

No one ever expects plot in the Christmas special!

Della has been trying to come home the entire time LMAO

Adam Grunther

Kudos to this show for getting the late great Russi Taylor to voice young Donald, seeing how she was the one who voiced Huey, Dewey and Louie in the original Ducktales cartoon. That is such a nice callback.

Joey Quixote

Time travel humor: "When'd he go?" ...completely missed that on my first watch. Gotta appreciate Beakley literally flirting with Death.

This episode always makes me cry. All the little moments between dewey and his mom. But also, Donald's moment at the end. Such a sweet episode.

Also, i just realized I'm all caught up now on your reactions for this and tangled. Now what am I going to binge watch. 🥲

I only felt it made sense to have Halloween up early, but Christmas is absolute bonkers. I am so glad I don't work at Walmart anymore.
