I gotta say I absolutely loved this pilot! The humor was fantastic, the self awareness was top tier, and the overall concept was refreshing! Definitely looking forward to more of this show in the future!

4:10, "THAT WAS ME IN SCHOOL!🤣🤣" Same here. We didn't have pop quizzes, but I HATED tests. Ah😫! 7:10. Ew! I did NOT need to see that👀. Geez😵. I'm glad that part wasn't in colors🎨 8:00, "You see, I'm... kind of a ✨️loser✨️" yo, the way she said that. Applause for that👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 14:27-14:54, "A led pipe🤣🤣🤣?! Yeap. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Not the- not the led pipe sound effect🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. She literally just- POW- right to the f*cking ribs🤣🤣🤣!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 16:57. Initiate: ✨️Magical transformation✨️. Except she's changing back to her ✨️human style✨️ Last edit: I'm glad you like it. I hope they make more of this show. It seems fun😊. Anyways, see on the next reaction. Bye

Michael Kovach has played deep voiced characters in a game before/recently. The Prototype and Doey the Doughman in Poppy Playtime

J Rowlet

Ah yes, The classic indie animated pilot conundrum: Is Michael a character in this or not?

Knew you'd lose it over the lead pipe! Highly recommend checking out the creator's social media (kianamai.bsky.social) where she's posted loads of lore, comics, and profiles If she gets a full series, her way, it will be LGBTQIA+. Zira (she/they) may be harboring some feelings for a certain starry-haired menace. Watch the credits again. Watch the body language. Listen to the lyrics.

Ooh a new magical girl anime. Does it have star beams and a cool transformation sequence? No, but it has a cool un-transformation sequence and using a leap pipe to beat the shit out of Moon Boy. 🤣 Glad you love it Morgan. It really is a cute and unique show. I hope we get more. 🤩💜

You might not believe it but while I heard of this pilot, I was actually waiting and hoping to view it simultaneously with you here on Patreon. WORTH IT! This pilot is adorable, relatable and fun just like you said! ALSO I PREFER CARTOONS AND CHILDISH FILMS AND SHOWS TOO, SO (as Tara Strong once said) "DON'T BE AFRAID TO LOOK SILLY"

I loved the soft pallet color, for those few seconds they were on screen. I enjoyed this animatic as a big anime/cartoon buff, it was amazing. The “please, I need this” got me the first time watching this as well. Loved your reaction Morgan, wonderful and entertaining as always! Keep up the good work!! ☺️☺️☺️

"Don't be afraid to look silly" now THAT is a QUOTE🤩

I think you should give magical girl anime a chance especially the classics like Sailor Moon and Cardcaptor Sakura. There is a lot of LGBT rep and beautiful stories of friendship in them. I do love Madoka Magica, but it's a terrible introduction to magical girls as a genre because it's a deconstruction of the genre. Magical girls is one of my favorite genres. As for the pilot react itself, glad you enjoyed it and hope they do more. I have been following the creator Kiana Khansmith for years and love her art. She has been drawing these characters for awhile and definitely check her out to see the character profiles and short comics she has drawn of them. :)

Petition to have Morgan react to Sailor Moon, or something similar ?

Vex Valor

I would love that. There are lesbians in it, Morgan. lol And the main character Usagi is bi.

Now Morgan says they don't watch magical girl shows and over here is literally every She-Ra meme disproving that stance entirely. :P
