Also Disney never went through with Varian and the seven kingdoms, because Rapunzel wasn't in the series. As he appeared in the Rapunzel series they didn't think it would do well if Rapunzel wasn't there.. But the writers of Varian and the seven kingdoms had everything planned and posted a lot of ideas on their instagram about the new series. It's why people are so upset that Disney never made Varian and the Seven Kingdoms.

I never actually minded Cassandra leaving, as she was always fickle in making up her mind about the direction her life was supposed to go. But, I've always headcanoned her finding a hot girlfriend on her journey, because the Cassunzel was ripped away from us. (Raps has two hands, show) sksksksks I also wish there were things different about the show and finale, especially showing more resolve between Cass and her dad. It made me sad that we only got that two second moment with them. 😭 Also, Adira was such an important character in season 2 and then got next to nothing in season 3. There were such odd/sometimes poor writing choices throughout the show, even though I overall enjoy it. 🩷 The finale still feels nostalgic and refreshing to me after all these years. 🙂‍↕️

"You are not a bat. Get on the ground" 🤣 Aww man I can't believe it's over. I'm right there with you. Parts of season 3 frustrated the hell out of me and it was rough to get through. I wish Cassandra took the moonstone because she felt it would protect Rapunzel. There were even hints throughout season 2 that this is why she would do it then it just got cast aside. The whole she's Gothel's daughter stuff can go fucking die in a bin! 🤣 But man I cried like a baby at this finale. And it's still one of my favourite shows ❤️

It is a sighted medium and retired homicide detective who invested a Paranormal hauntings, and the other one is ghost adventures or a film crew, and they've done invested and haunted and haunted locations. So Also supernatural is another one that I didn't try so watching that one last year and it was really, really good and what I'm doing specials is like a picture on its exclusive for those adventures, because that's what I point on doing cause there are 30 seasons and a couple spin-offs, so yeah, yeah, but if you need Something new to put on patreon, that is current I would recommend that. Varian's hair becoming a snake. Lucifer in Tangled canon? As a first time watcher; yeah, no. Cass and Rapunzel were not JUST friends. So many of their interactions were too loaded, layered, and at times flirty. I've had plenty of friends throughout this life, and the only ones who got that level of emotional out of me were the ones I was harboring feelings for There's always fanfic.

Got here to the finale late due to that one week where I had to spend money sparingly, but I'm not *that* late, so I'm not that sad. Man, I know for a fact the first time I watched the show by myself, and the second time I watched it through IAmZamber's reactions, I didn't see the gay between Rapunzel and Cassandra, but after this reaction series, I totally see it. But I still love Rapunzel and Eugene, so now I think I'm honestly kinda into the idea of a lil' polycule thing between the three of them, though I also like the idea of Eugene and Cass being more like siblings (as the show considers them). I suppose it could be a thing of each of them date Rapunzel separately, which honestly might be the most logical option. Idk I'm kinda down for whatever lmao. That little part of the end narration (before the proposal scene) where Eugene and Max are working together as heads of the guard is more adorable when you think about how they started out as enemies. In the original movie, up until well into the show, Eugene and Max have been at odds plenty of times, but after all that's happened, now they're working together and truly respect each other (though probably still having fun messing with each other), like with Eugene and Cass. Speaking of, that last piece of dialogue with him and Cass was fucking awesome, I always loved those few scenes where they were genuine with each other (without any mischief, snark, sass, sarcasm, etc. lmao), so their last scene together being one where they show genuine affection and respect for one another is so adorable! 1:38:05 I know for a fact I struggle with episodic stuff (ESPECIALLY shows, but also when there are equal or more episodic episodes than plot ones) ever since I got into shows that were more serialized (Gravity Falls past S1, Star vs the Forces of Evil past S1, Steven Universe past like season 3 lmao, The Owl House, Amphibia, and SO many more). Even in this reaction series, getting through a lot of episodes was kinda boring, the things that helped were my excitement for the good stuff, the reactions (obviously), and the speed setting lmao. But I think it was worth it. I won't lie and say that this show (at least on this rewatch) got me very emotional, but I still enjoyed it overall, and I'm glad it exists to flesh out the characters and the world beyond the movie. Also I'm a sucker for magic and badass antagonists so I'm sure those were the things that kept me hooked for the latter half of the show the first time lmao. Thank you for reacting to the show! Despite having its ups and downs, it was pretty good. Honestly wish we got more out of it (like the canceled Varian and the Seven Kingdoms comic, which I literally learned about from you/the comments here), because I genuinely love the characters. Didn't expect to write this much when I started lmao EDIT: Also want to mention that, surprisingly, I remembered loving the songs way more than I do now. I still like them, but the few I remember LOVING (e.g., Ruthless Ruth, Everything I Ever Thought I Knew, Buddy), I now just consider bops, I guess (they're still my favorites though). I'm not really used to liking stuff i watched ages ago less, but I imagine it has something to do with how many musicals I've listened to/watched since, and with how my music taste has developed. EDIT 2: Edmund being Eugene's father and Eugene being a prince was a plot twist I kinda wish they hadn't done, it didn't really do much for me tbh. Like, I'm fine with it, but it's kinda meh imo, whether that's due to the plot point existing or just not being executed well, idk.

I always found Cass leaving being probably the best way for her to go for Cassandra fans. I always found it weird that Cass did so much worse than Varian, yet Varian was in jail for a year and a half when Cassandra got off scott free. I do like that she’s wearing the Cassandrium necklace from great Expo-tations though, that’s cute. Baby boy giving his mum a good luck charm for her adventures. 🥰 But also yeah, Fidella you really had to do that to Max? 😅 what I would give for Varian and the seven kingdoms to become canon and have Varigo be confirmed! I just want my boy happy! 🥹

I feel like the writers loved Cassandra way more than Eugene and wanted Rapunzel to end up with Cassandra, but because they were writing for a show that has a set ending and ship Rapunzel had to end up in, they had to keep writing Rapunzel x Eugene. I feel like it they didn't have to end the story with Rapunzel having a wedding and becoming queen, she would have left with Cassandra do "rekindle their friendship and find themselves together". It just makes way more sense for Rapunzel to want to travel with Cassandra again. As for the writing, I heard that (don't know if it's true) the writers had to write comedic episodic episodes as well as plot ones to tone down the drama happening so we ended up what feels like two shows happening beside each other and it just doesn't really work. It would have been such a better show if they could just write the plot. They clearly had a lot of clever ideas for the plot, but they end up half baked at times because they have to be written around the comedic episodes. I agree that I have mixed feelings about the show because when it's good, it's amazing, but you gotta slog your way through the less interesting episodes to get back to the plot. Overall though, I am glad to welcome you into the Cassunzel fandom. I love these two so much and really need to write fanfic about them. If you read any great ones, please recommend.
