Today's Management Quiz Question:

One of your Sissies has been surprisingly obedient all week and now kneels at your feet, eyes hopeful, mouth open, asking if she can “pretty please” have a Lilypop. How do you respond?

A. Obedience should be rewarded in ways that make her hungry for more. I would let her have the treat, but only after making her work for it with her mouth so the pleasure stays tied to service.

B. A sissy should never learn that asking brings results. I would keep the Lilypop just out of reach and use her craving to remind her that her wants are irrelevant next to mine.Managers, stake your claim. Sissies, honestly...which one would work on you better?

Oh wow now this is much trickier as a question... I assume in this case there is not an obviously correct answer? I could see both approach working... But on me... I think B would prime me for even more debasement next time, and make me hyper alert for any opportunity to earn a lilypop without asking >//>

A, because I know the long term value of the addiction and happiness from the pop combined with rewarding a "job well done" is good, and the begging tells me it's working.

I think B is the better response. If the Sissy is straight-up asking for a Lilypop, then giving one to her - in that moment - is not good Sissy management. Sissies should not be rewarded for asking for favours or special treatment. If the Sissy has been trying to curry favour with her recent behaviour, then that is even worse, as she his trying to barter her good behaviour for a treat. But Sissies don't drive the bus, so this needs to be actively discouraged. The way I see it is that the Manager has just been given some information by the Sissy (she wants a Lilypop). That information can be used to further the Manager's goal(s), but not in a way that allows the Sissy to think that she has any control over their interactions. Sissies don't initiate, they respond.

Neather. Showing the girl that it doesn't matter how they act, that they will be treated poorly regardless removes the incentive to be good.

I would make it a point to be recognized that I do not Only meet required goals; but to exceed them! (also to avoid Any reason for Unnecessary punishments/spankings. - Give them No Reason!) The answer is A, obviously. (A Sissy should be rewarded 'A Lolli- for 'services & performance) Not to be used or abused as extortion for sexual favors,... (It should be the Sissies willingness/desire to perform Any said 'favor' for Her Mistress/Mngr; not as a "Carrot") (Aren't there already stated Guidelines for what a Sissy Can do to Earn Lollipops?) 😋🥰😋 with that said, I also have to consider 1st part of B - A Sissy should NEVER Learn that "asking brings results". (This should earn Her a punishment (spanking) for bad behavior.)

sorry, Not entirely True. The religious saying comes to mind; "God answers All prayers,... even If the Answer is "No." (which it seems 97% of the time) Please refer to answer B

Shannon remember that both answers are correct, it’s a personality test to help determine preferred training style.

Gotta pick one… which one would work better on you, pretty girl.

Deliligh Frost

Then A. I could atleast try delude my self into thinking there was any point into what i did. If i went with b ide actively start to hate the person over time and then there would be no compliance no matter how bad the punishment.

Apology accepted. I get it, this is the kind of thing we can all be passionate about. ;)

So I texted Amelia with this question. She said absolutely A. I'm not surprised because her approach / style is positive encouragement and she rewards her sissies when they behave well or do good things. I've given Janet Wyld plenty of blowjobs for a lollipop, so why not? I would do anything for Miss Amelia - for less!

Cherry Blossom

Gosh this one's hard! OBVIOUSLY, my wants aren't important...but I'd hope I'd been such a good girl that it would be ok...so A. Hehe

prissy

I would choose B, because if a sissy gets her way once, she'll become more demanding in the future, and beg for a reward again. I know this, as I am that sissy.

Maren

B. A week of good behavior and then the hopeful little “pretty please” is adorkable. It's also...just the beginning. If I hand over the Lilypop just because she asked nicely and did all the performative junk for a week, the sissy learns the correct sequence of obedience + polite request = yumyum. That... is a system. Systems are comfortable for the sissy. Comfort wis where all fun parts of a sissy go nightnight. Just out of reach, I think. Not out of pure meanness (...mostly..). Rather, curiosity. I want to watch what the sissy does with the wanting when it doesn’t get resolved. Does she get bratty? Does she fold harder? Does she start negotiating? Does the hope curdle into something way more unexpectedly fun... for me. Plus... I think the Lilypops taste great. Maybe I just want it for myself...

Laura Aldor

The correct answer is A. A silent sissy is a borring sissy. Who doesnt like the sound of begging. Besides you want to tie the positive enforcement to serving you. The other road leads to a boring sissy.
