Today's Management Quiz Question:

A Sissy has earned a rare reward for perfect obedience all week and completing her scheduled training, yet when the moment comes for her “reward”, she hesitates and resists. How do you respond?

A. Rewards are not optional once earned. I would force the reward on her terms so she learns that even pleasure is something I control completely.

B. Hesitation voids the reward. I would simply take it away and replace it with something harsher so she understands that reluctance has immediate consequences.What's your pick?

Hmmm... I would say B here, maybe with a bit of leniency (for M&R standards) with a new sissy, like if she hesitated for a second but then accepted the reward and put on a brave face, I think a manager should allow her to get the reward. But if she refuses or tries to bargain, yeah the reward should be voided!

I might have picked A if it was just 'hesitates", but "hesitates and resists" is a step too far. I choose B as the proper response.

Yeah, I liked that part too, about making sure that the Sissy knows who fully controls her pleasure. But that's a lesson for another time...

B, if she does not accept the reward she has not been obedient, and therefore voided the reward. The replacement reward would naturally be for a disobedient girl.

I would say A. If she hesitates at accepting the reward, then something in her still sees the reward as a punishment. Force her to engage with the reward until she learns to enjoy it. A good sissy will be rewarded, whether she wants it or not.

2026-09-07 00:00 obviously what ever it was, wasn't a reward. People dont resist rewards. Agian i would choose neather, it would teach her not to be obedient. But being forced to choose ide go (b.) If she was being punished anyway may as well make it clear, and not try to dress it up as a reward.

You are missing the point. Sissy was being rewarded for being "a good and obedient Sissy", but somewhere in that "Male" pea-brain of hers, she is still trying to resist (Gross male thoughts) what is happening to HER and anything 'Girly" THIS IS Bad (bad for her anyway) and wrong. Because Now she will be punished for disobedience.

Disagree. A reward is by definition something desirable. "A prize, payment, or benefit earned through effort or good actions" when its not desirable its not a reward. It doesn’t matter why its not not desirable, just that its not. This person was not being rewarded. And the fact that the manager KNOWS its not likely something that the person would want further identitys it as a punishment, and both giver and recipient knows that. The dogma behind the gasslighting is irrelevant.

I... cannot pick. Feet to the fire of a forced choice, I reluctancy select B. If she’s been perfect all week and this is where she suddenly hesitates, I’m not throwing that away by forcing her through it or punishing her for showing me something real. I would simply... stop. No, the sissy will not escape this moment. I want her to sit in it for a while. Ask questions. Irritating questions. Circle back. See whether the sissy can tell me what exactly changed between wanting to behave enough for the rewards and actually having it placed in front of her. Obedience all week is lovely, if not a little dull. But that hesitation? That’s the first interesting thing she’s done all week.

Ide spit out the pop and smile and look you in the eyes as they took me for repossessing. It would change nothing. Ide be Deeply happy and satisfyed knowing ide just beaten you. Also know going forward to make sure i make mistakes evry week on purpose.
