One of the last two champions of the Nu-Ennead is the great SOBEK. A veteran of the Aborted Incursions; he was part of the first great Triumvirate that brought the Godheads together and stood with the Old SATAN in the unprecedented truce that saved reality. The universe-breaking madness infection of the Aborted Ones had little effect on a crocodile’s will to consume (reptile brain counters lovecraftian madness or CROC EATS CALAMARI). He death-rolled Aborted Abominations across planets, tearing their wicked forms asunder and is one of the few beings who could eat the aborted “flesh” and remain untainted; he could properly digest Aborted Ones. While God intellects like Thoth and the MIMIR-machine became contaminated and even the Hephaestus group was infiltrated; Sobek and pre-digitized Thor led a contingent of malcontent Gods, Demons and all manner of entities who disobeyed their Lords and suicide charged into the Aborted wombs entering real space. This blind brute strategy actually routed a wing of the invasion flood and gave time for the eventual victory after the Hephaestus machines arrived late ton the battle. 

Sobek survived the Routing at the Mongrel Star* and brought Athena’s body back after the sun sabotage detonations; keeping her body safe in his jaws when the Aborted wished to assimilate her knowledge.

(*The traitor Thoth - tainted by aborted frequencies- calculated spells that drove the stars into suicide supernova just as the Godallienace was routing Aborted assaults. Many great warriors were lost in the following detonations.)
