Inktober - Day 2 (Patreon)

Hi everyone! It's day 2 of the Inktober and this time I remembered to take a photo of the sketch before I started lining! I took a photo of the supplies as well as the size comparison with the previous piece 🙌 Working with this mat was much more unforgiving than the dusty pink one from yesterday. The board was coated with a paper that sucked the water really quickly but then released the excess of it really slowly. This made all of the brushstrokes very visible and the rest time between the layers much longer than the last piece. If I was to leave the piece without any crayon touch ups I would be very unhappy with it. That's why I'm so happy that it's a mixed media project! IT will ease me into paint but still give me a bit of a wiggle room thanks to crayons~
