Another great chapter as always. The way Jack’s thoughts have been spiraling is concerning, and I don’t think the plan, and the temporary reprieve it gives, will go off successfully. Whether the hunters come and mess it up, or his mother is (justifiably) horrified, I don’t see it ending well. Which is why Damien and Fiona is a genuinely nice development. I wonder if the begotten all have their own flavor of blood.

I love MLV soooo much! Gonna cry when you stop writing it. Just want it to on and on foreverrrr. There are just so many things to explore

Btw. There are many best selling books that started out as fan fictions. E.g. 50 shades started out as fan fiction of Twilight. Mortal instruments started out as fan fiction to Harry Potter. Maybe you can adapt MLV to your own story eventually (:

It would be interested to see how many Patreon followers is only interested in MLV. I won’t be surprised if majority of the followers are only on Patreon to support MLV development

Don't think so man. The universe, world and lore MLV originates from is a story/game developed by some big company. Selling the story would only cause mayor issues

Yeah definitely not rip the story and setting wholesale. Would need to make major edits and come up with original ideas

I'll be sad, too. But if I keep writing the same series for years and years, I'll go insane. Variety is needed for a healthy mind and happy life.

Unfortunately, giving MLV the 50 Shades treatment would be really hard, because Chronicles of Darkness's ruleset is massive, comprehensive, and I did my best to do it justice with a lot lot lot of research. Trying to rewrite it so the vampire blood clans had different names, or werewolves or whatnot, different names for abilities, for covenants, for the nightmare monsters, it'd border on illegal at a certain point 😆
