The Nexus #113 "Redemption" Parts 1 & 2 (Patreon)

On our first adventure into The Nexus for 2026, we're chatting about the kick-ass TNG two-parter, "Redemption"!

Originally airing June 15, 1991, part one did, and then concluding on September 21, 1991 with part two, this episode is the big season four finale/season five premiere that features Captain Picard and Worf getting embroiled in the Klingon Civil War! How creepy were the fan convention lines for the actresses who played Lursa and B'Etor? Who wouldn't love to play that target practice game with Guinan on the holodeck? Why couldn't we have had Tony Todd return as Kurn way more times than he did? How funny is it hearing Patrick Stewart speak Klingon throughout this episode? Is the Tasha daughter thing awesome or lame? Couldn't we have seen that smarmy little Klingon youth get got? And how awesome is it watching Data deal with that robo-racist, Lieutenant Commander Hobson?!

The Nexus is a WHM podcast where the guys futilely go through two Star Trek series at the same time. Thank you so much for continuing to support our family of shows—we couldn't do it without you! We know you have lots of options for pods and we're super-stoked you chose to spend some time with us—thanks again!
