Howdy, gang! Hope everyone had a kick-ass weekend. We've got a fun week of programming for ya, so let's get into it -- here's what's dropping in the WHMu this week:

First up tomorrow, Remake-ril heads to WHM as we chat about the pretty decent Zack Snyder feature debut, Dawn of the Dead (2004)! This didn't hold up as well for us as we'd hoped, but it's still a fun time, with a lotta solid zombie action. Hear our thoughts, including a surprising reevaluation of Richard Cheese, on here commercial-free at the $8 tier & up!

And then on Thursday, we're closing out the week with a total banger, the next episode of Once In A Lifetime! This time out, we're covering Rob Lowe's 2018 remake of The Bad Seed, one of the funniest OIAL titles we've ever covered. Get hip to the Lifetime Movie madness on here at the $10 tier & up!

And that'll do it for this week, folks! We hope your Monday is starting off okay and that our shows this week can bring us all some much-needed distraction and laughs as we make our way to the weekend once again!

As always, we thank y'all so much for continuing to be the incredible supporters that you all are. We couldn't do this without y'all and we so appreciate you taking some time to listen to the shows this week!

Take it easy,

Andrew, Chris, Eric & SteveWe Hate Movies

Dawn of the Dead was my favorite movie when I was 13. I’m sure that means nothing about me or the film.

I thought the baby scene was so deep, mature, and a very interesting philosophical question. Similarly to you I'm sure it had nothing to do with the fact that I was 16 and around the same time thought that Kratos having sex and having a bunch of naked ladies in the background meant that God of War was finally a game for adults, and the fact that I appreciated the pixelated boobs meant that I was a mature adult.

I remember feeling sorry for the guy in God of War you have to rip in half to open a door and being like “wow, I have empathy, I’m an adult.”

Always love seeing an episode to get me through the start of the week and then another to carry me over to the finish line. <3 Zack Snyder's movies have been so aggressively bad for so long that when I re-watched his Dawn remake a couple years ago, I was like "Wow, pretty good???" because my expectations were literally on the floor.

Another great episode. Hope Chris comes out OK or he turns out like Bub in Day of the Dead and can still join the podcast as a Zambie
