It's the June 2026 edition of our AMA-style chat show, WHM After Dark!

We were vibing and imbibing this night, that is for sure, as we answered questions from YOU, the kick-ass, Top Tier supporters! We fielded questions about our favorite Dadfernoon films, movie theater experiences in other countries, martial arts recommendations, sports the four of us played growing up, great comics we've been reading lately, and much, much more!

I nominate Old Boy (no, the good one) for LRM/WLM every year. Are non-English language movies an area you think worth exploring, or do various cultural differences mean that making jokes are difficult? National senses of humour or horror can vary wildly. Also, PLEASE just do Old Boy.

I know I might be in the minority, but I feel like the idea of the "Summer Blockbuster" doesn't hold the same weight as it did. Do you guys feel the same way, or am I just crazy? P.S., for a follow-up from last month, since my girlfriend passed, I took your guys' advice and really started to work on myself. I'm so late to this but loving the ScreenPix shoutout. I swear I come across that channel (or channelS because I think there's four?) and 85% of the time, the movie being shown is one I've never heard of starring actors I've never seen before.
