How hilarious is Arnold as this vague construction guy? Was this movie the Ground Zero for that Arnold Soundboard craze? Why does the Recall office only have the single chair if they’re the latest craze in techno-tainment? Why did they let Arnold get the procedure while wearing jeans and a corduroy jacket? I know parasocial relationships are fucking weird so sorry for what I am about to write: I'm in the hospital downloading the episode right now after having my 3rd surgery in 9 months to treat my brain cancer. The ($1k or so a year subscription I pay) does not begin to repay the comfort and joy you guys have brought me this past year in general but in particular when I'm recovering from surgery, except for the fact a nurse always walks in right when Eric makes a fucking or cum joke. My surgeon told me he got 70% of my tumor today, which is the best possible outcome for me. So the Total Recall episode is just what the doctor ordered, or not, my surgeon is a hard ass

This movie is great but old DVD commentary for this movie with Paul Verhoeven and Arnold Schwarzenegger is also very entertaining.

When the Michael Ironside question came up I immediately went to Top Gun and another previous episode Highlander II. Side note, Endgame feels like a stay tuned at this point with the remake finally gaining momentum after first being talked about during the Highlander III episode in 2017
